A shuttle is by definition a fast way to get a pilot from one place to another nothing more nothing less. It's speed is it's only defence.

2 simple ways to nerf the shuttle:
1) Reduce the reprocess, so that you have to pay for the thing without getting as much back
2) *Increase" the salvage value, so that the kill is not just a kill, but also a parts bounty (so long as you're willing to hang round while you use a salvager)

yes shuttle is by far to over powered, entire empires have fallen becuase of the fearful shuttle blob attacks.
I out run mwd vagas withe ease, orbut them at 1km at speeds of 20k driving there pilots insance with dizinezz.
Nerf the dreadful shuttle.

Really though, any ship that can't be soloed by a raven should be nerfed. Shuttles totally outclass ravens imho.

...Uh news flash the Rifter is SLOW compared to the Slasher or Vigil. Both of which are faster than me than a standard shuttle and can equip stuff + all three are cheap as dirt, especailly the Slasher. I am guessing this thread is just an inane post because otherwise if you are serious then I think you really need to think about this more clearly because I did not even get INTO Inties or Covert Ops.

Being fairly new to the game I love transports for exploring new areas, moving around, and checking for gate campers. Otherwise I would be a lot more poor and dead than I already am.
