The Slammer's Republic is formally surrendering to Aza under the following conditions:
-Slammer's will remove all assets from Providence region.
-The removal will begin starting from the moment of a confirmation post from Aza over the subsequent 7 days.
-During the period of removal, Slammers will set Aza to blue... including Blackguard, ENH and Repo themselves.
-In the event of a Slammers rogue pilot action, Slammers agrees to recompense any hostile action against ENH, Blackguard or Repo during this time.
-Aza will post a confirmation reply on these forums, this will start the removal clock.
-Aza (Repo, ENH, Blackguard) will turn slammers to blue during the period of removal.
-Aza may at their convenience support sensitive evacuation operations for Slammers.
-Aza will defend Slammers operations as a general rule as they would an ally during the period of removal.
-In the event of an Aza rogue pilot action, Aza agrees to recompense any hostile action against Slammers.

Surrender accepted by The Sani Sabik and AzA group operating under this project.
Independent allied corps will do their own statements on the matter.
We expect Slammer's to relocate completely from Providence by the date specified.

lol yea i was just discussing that with our corp, the mayhem of smack they constantly released in local... does that deserve a friendly terms of leaving, or just shoot them away as they see they are loosing too much iskies

The war between Repo Industries and Slammer's Republic is coming to an end. Repo Industries has retracted the war against Slammer's Republic. The war will be declared as being over after approximately 24 hours.
As per our agreement it was fun while it lasted, just a shame about the amount of smack

Let us be clear AzA only involves REPO.
ENH and Blackguard helped on ops and without them this would not have been possible.
However REPO does not speak for them or their leadership.
We have offered help Slammers coordinate operations to leave Providence Region.
But we will not be held responsible for any ship loses you pilot incurr at the hands of ENH or Blackguard.
My sugguestion would be get out of prov until we can help you pack up and leave safely.

These are basically the same surrender terms we offered the Slammer's faction that approached us two days ago, and are acceptable.
ENH is not part of AzA in a direct capacity (though their aims are considered worthwhile), but that matters little.
Have your diplomant speak to myself and Dark Assassin15 directly to formalize standings for withdrawal. Until doing this, you remain targetable.

Formal discussion with Slammer's Republic diplomat has occured and withdrawal terms are now ENH approved. WarDec has been lifted.
We will seek to minimize casualties in the next 24hrs and then grant one week of safe passage for the removal of assets from Providence.

yeh my guys fought a long war, ya know we have'nt gone 3 weeks straight with out a war dec in a year i believe.
Its a ruff piece of ground for sure the thunder rumbles daily there,and at any hour of the day or night wanna fight come to ym guaranteed you get all the pvp you can handle, took what 6 hired corps all together to kill us, at plus 60 active players on site, none by themselves could do it ,but all together heck anyone can be a bully, and now i get intel that cva higherarchy is actually enh,thats "why" they didnt get paid!!! because they are the payee's of the mercs they added to their alt hitman corp enh, im sure they were smart and the money trail has transfered a few times , i know, get the tin foil hat out ,but ive seen chat logs and i know what i know, good to kill ur neighbors in disguise while ya say hmm what happened here?, i dont know oh my my sad, hmm awwwe, and then no assistance what so ever shame shame, it all adds up, beware other neighbors its not who you think it is, they try and twist ur mind to think its bob when really its your other big neighbor, watch how sov rolls there in coming months it should tell the tale, its your friend smiling next to you with a knife in your back,is enh = cva? you decide! just keep this in the back of your mind and it will show its self sooner or later it will show itself!,will severance be cva's next target disguised as enh? or will,silph?,maybee the northern coalition should take a better look at their neighbor cva and see what they are really about, maybee I'll sell the proof to highest bidder, it would cost a whole lot!!!, anyway just a lil heads up its new info do with it what you will,worst part is they proclaim anti -piracy whaaaaa more like piracy is ok if you can sneak in with out drawing attention to your real self and do your pirating, sometimes this game makes me lose faith in people and truly some really dark charactors are in the game, beware of the mask of the great deciever!!!!!!,I will be glad just to enjoy some of the game with out having to protect our ground 23 hours a day, maybee rat or mission or plex or mine geeze anything sounds fun after a year of seige, lol, and for all you so called tough guys that want to make comments not on either side of this war that love to smack, just take your smackin a-- down to the ym pipe and jump in sit on the kari gate and agress someone i think you will find you arent as tough as you thought , so dont let your allegator mouth overload your canary butts, these guys we been fighting have been very good players no newb slouches, so shat your yaps, think your so damn tough im sure any of them would love to show you an a-- whoop anytime you would like one hehe, I guess its how the game rolls ,will miss home,Shintaht will always be home to me,been there since i started playing will be weird not to dock in the old pos home in shint, , anyway good fight guys grats, Tammahawk o/
