I have an idea which will resolve this.
The OP should sue CCP for breach of contract. Then, IF he is succesful in establishing that they acted outside of the Eula and this was unfair, he can recover damages for his losses.

Putting aside all your silly and purposely blinkered semantic arguments Mr AC, it hasnt made a shred of difference to you.
Having said that- I will gladly represent you, on my normal rates, and we can give it a go if you like. I'll give it my best shot. Just don't blame me when you lose....

Well, i can't say what "common sense" is, but there's about 30k+ characters running about, with EULA "ok" names, so...
One one hand, there's over 30 thousands people...

Ok, now this is going too far. Calm down and stop insulting each other or we'll be forced to lock this and warn the people who can't keep themselves within the forum rules.

1) You're a total asshat for attempting to profit from Griefwatch's work
2) Regardless of that, after Wrangler's post you should have been in the clear.
3) Unfair or not it's in the EULA that the GMs have the final say, so they're within their rights.

I can't actually go and change the EULA or any rules by myself, but I can suggest it, discuss it etc. Which is pretty much all power almost all of us at CCP has regarding the different rules.
