Did these get fixed to follow that formula you posted a long time ago? and are all implants important missions and vise versa now?
Ive been doing missions for 2 level 3 agents now, and it has been 97 missions for one since my last implant from Olama Rammeki.
The second agent, Anzosukka Ibaras, has 326 entries, and no implant missions.
It has been 107 missions from the both of them since my last Important mission.
Standings are 7.17 (6.79 base) with Caldari State, 6.10 (5.57 base) with Caldari Navy, 3.74 (2.88 base) with Anzosukka Ibaras, and 3.14 (2.20 base) with Olama Rammeki.
I accept most kill missions, and refuse most courier missions.
Is this just bad luck? Are my standings too low to get Important missions anymore?
Any clarification on how the new Important/Implant missions work would be great thanks.

You need to know to get a important mission follow this:
1) work only 1 agent exclusively.
2) dont decline abort any missions or your chance of getting an important mission is pushed back. --------------------------

If you're refusing most courier missions, you should review what I said about these formulas long ago... You'd better be accepting more than twice the number you're refusing. If not, there is no limit to how long it'll take you to get an important mission.
After this patch hits TQ I could check your status more accurately. The info is stored in a manner which is hellishly inaccessible for manual probing, but I added some features in the game mastering web pages for agents in this patch which will make it doable.

stops people from just doing implant missions an missions that just have a high credit for reward, good idea yet most of the missions i have with my lvl 3 agent mission r just boring corier missions that r just taken some crap from 1 station to another, yet boring but cant expect everything you want.

I have to disagree with that, i work for 13-14 agents from 10 differents corps and i get important missions, Tech 2 skillpacks, tech 2 tools and implant missions

Sonja ,what Papa Smurf was saying is that refusing a mission will add 2 to the number you need to get an important mission. Accepting all missions will allow you more important missions in a shorter time.
It used to be you got an important mission at a set number , whether you accpeted them or not , and many exploited this. Those who did exploit are now coming forward and complaining that they are getting no important missions (though some did not know it was an exploit to refuse all missions that did not say "Important")
Your Mega Afocal Pulse Maser I perfectly strikes Asteroid (Veldspar) [R0ME], wrecking for 798.3 damage.
Your 425mm Railgun I perfectly strikes Guardian Captain, wrecking for 685.9 damage.

I've been doing every mission I receive and I have had important missions come in once every twenty or ten missions depending on my standing with the agent. I think Papa's earlier thread on agents (the sticky one) is spot on.
Papa since I've been nice and reaffirmed what you said earlier would you care to comment on the availability of level 4 agents and whether derived standings for NPC kills can be brought back? My Amarr rating is slowly going down as I do more Minmatar missions and I'm worried this will make Amarr shoot at me.

Can anyone confirm that running one agent at a time is more succesful in gaining you Important Missions than running several agents?
I run four agent at the same time and over the weekend I got at least 3/4 Important Missions two of which were implant missions. Is that bad or good? Could I be gaining more if I concentrated on just one agent?
