well ive gotta say yes to this, last down time i lost 8 hours skill time to me thats too much, atleast with 1 xtra skill que added(learn 1 and have just 1 waiting their to be learned after) would be good and atleast if we have dt no 1 looses skill...

ive done around 25+ gone berserk missions and still havent seen a true sanshas underlord, im hoping this is because its so rare, wouldnt mind but ccp said its alot more common in low security space well my agent is in beke a 0.3 an yet i havent se...
