Now, how's this: 3x Rocket II's 1x ? 1x MWD II 1x 20km scram 1x ? 3x overdrive II's unsure about rigs I would use jav's, so I need all the speed mods I can get. As for your spare high slot, any small projectile weapon. Ac's will help kill drones sent after you quickly(best choice). Artys wont do much of anything, but do give a little extra dps. As for your spare mid: I'd fit a web or sensor booster. Any of the ewar options will cap you out. SB will allow you to lock pods very rapidly. After the next patch, the malediction is going to get a bonus to both scram/web cap use and range, making it possible to web a target from outside their own web range. Plus webs are always useful if you get targetted by an opposing inty/nanoship (vagabond...). Personally I fill the last slot with a gatling pulse (beam won't fit dammit) because I can't use t2 projectiles, which would be a better option. "I got soul but I'm not a soldier"

Afaik the tackle inties will only get scrammer range increased and not web ranges. But still id put a web in that 3rd mid against frigs/inties you wanna tackle or protect yourself from. Also put any kind of small weapon in that last high slot against drones etc

As for the extra mid... web, since you wont be able to catch other inties without it. Im usually too cheap to eve use t2 overdrives, so dont ask me about rigs.

Example of a ceptor with 3 lows available for speedmods: 2 x OD II + Nanofiber II gives you best topspeed. 3 x OD II give you approx. the same speed with better malus. The structure malus of nanos hurts a ceptor. Compare your mwd-speed with .) 3 x OD II .) 3 x Nanofiber II .) A mix of OD II & Nanofiber II

I'm a tackler, my job is to get on my target and make sure it never warp, webber is nice but u'll have to be in your target webber range and a webbed ceptor is a dead one. I like using missiles over rockest due to their range( 39km with my skills ) when rockest range are 9.4km with t1, 11km with rage rockest and 27km with javelin but using Javelin mean u'll move slower( from 6543m/s to 5179m/s ).
