I wouldn't cancel my accounts over this as I don't fly carriers, but I must admit this is one of the most stupid ideas CCP has come up with in a while, although I have faith in them not to implement it.

Hmmm, if it really helps the game, I will support the proposal and reactivate one of my alts. I am pro-non-capitals-online. Caps do take the fun out of the game, at least for the attacker.

It's a terrible idea, I've explained why in other places and I've made detailed suggestions as to how it could be done correctly in other places. What I'm here to say is that these are proposed changes nothing concrete and certainly nothing that has already happened so don't cancel your accounts until a few weeks after these changes get implemented and I suspect that will be never. Refusing to participate -aka. canceling your account- is not a vote, it is essentially the opposite of voting.
