Players that have invested time and effort to training for, building and fielding carriers should not be penalized because others have not taken the long view of the game. I think the proposed nerf is not a solution to what ails PVP in eve, just a quick fix that will do more harm in the long term.

I'm still training my carrier skills before i take it out to use in anger. Think what people should be thinking is adapt and overcome. Changes happen all the time and we just have to get on with it.
