i am trying to get eve online to work on my computer. i plan on playing as i been looking for a new mmo since wows update. would anyone be interested in taking someone into their ranks?

lol, well dont get too comfy, EVE is getting an update soon too

Take away the risk and it would make flying around in space utterly pointless.
Take away the flying around part and you make EVE into a space themed spreadsheet application. |

Just let me give you a few comments on what not to say in eve:
There are CORPORATIONS! Not Clans!
There are CHARACTERS! Not Toons!
This will severely improve your success chance in EVE!

yeah, aren't they called "guilds" in wow anyway? i thought "clan" was from playing diablo and starcraft on battle.net...

Clan comes from FPS games. Blizzard needed new words to try any copywrite, hence guild.
My original sig was 'Enjoy lag free play in a dynamic space MMORPG'. It was removed for lack of EVE content! ;) |

Ive always found the "corporation" tag slightly stupid as it implies a business or company, It simply doesn't suit a small roaming pirate group or other small groups.
And yes I am fully aware of the dictionary definition of corporation I'm talking about the implication of the term.
