Alowishus Shadows of the Dead Aftermath Alliance	Posted - 2007.10.30 20:53:00 - [1] Lets hear your odd setups. The kind of stuff that cause others to say, "why do fly/use that???" but you KNOW works. I'll start. This was something I used for the specific purpose of baiting and killing AFs and Interdictors: Rupture: 4x Dual 180mm 2x Medium Nos 1x MWD 1x Web 1x Scram 5x a mix of speed/agility/mass mods along with damage mods, an armor rep or a damage control depending on what spare junk I had And some drones It wasn't good against other cruisers but it was fast enough to run from them. All I did was bait Interdictors and A/Fs (the two kinds of pilots most likely to try and solo a T1 cruiser without thinking too hard about it). I humiliated many people this way and got a lot of nice loot.

Praxis1452	Posted - 2007.10.31 04:12:00 - [12] Haven't seen this but it does work as part of a gang. Celestis Tackler. Not as fast as a frigate but it allows instant lockdown on a target if in range. Celestis Mids- 3x Sensor Booster II 1x 10mn microwarpdrive I/II 1x Warp disruptor II Lows- 3x Capacitor power relay II Highs-Whatever will fit. I try to fit 200mm rails. dual 150's will work however. Drones-4 x medium webber drones. <-- is the part I haven't tested yet but it should work out ok. It's like a cheap man's recon hybrid - Arazu/Rapier. Drones are a bit slow but if you mwd to 20km and sensor damp + warp disrupt and keep on maintainging the distance once they get there you they are locked down. Most frigs will outrun you but if your tackling something bigger it should work such as a battlecruiser. With decent skills and Cruiser lvl 4 you can get the Brutix to <10km I think. With only sensor booster 1's I get him down to 15km. It will also take him time to lock you with the damps if he doesn't auto-lock. By the time he maybe takes out a few webber drones your gang should be on top of him. What does anyone else think? It will be obsolete as soon as the new inties come out though. As for now it works.

Liang I've used this too, its an excellent setup with the med extender. My lollerprophecy setup 6x howitzer 280 II's with emp 1x standard launcher 24km scram 2x web II's 3x 1600 rolled tungsten 2x eanm II 1x gyro II 5x warrior II's some trimarks it can slowboat through a fight, and will 2 volley interceptors, and if your primaried you'll take ages to die.

I think it was an Ishkur... that mail will forever stay enshrined at the top of my mails from CONCORD. Rokh - This one might not be so odd but's probably on par with the armor tank raven. Highs: 4x Arbalest siege launchers 3x mega modal neutron blasters 1x diminishing heavy vampire Mids: 1x 100mn T2 AB 1x primary damage hardener 1x secondary damage hardener 1x primary damage resistance amp, T2 2x Large Shield Extender II Lows: 5x Shield Power Relay II Rigs: 3x Core Defense Field Purger It's cap stable, if the vampire is working, with 8.9 output and 13.9 peak "regen" and can run the AB for 7 minutes before it caps out. Ferox - I consider this build "odd" in that feroxes aren't used very often anymore due to drakes, especially in missile configurations. You can near nuff perma run 2 reps only 3rd u need to use boosters (800s btw) When i was uber painted a navy raven could only jus break it but took 5 mins to get into structure , might run better with a armor explosive armor kinetic and armor thermal II hardeners . Uber idea solves all !!
