I agree with Joydivision and Aaeus on this topic of who fights who with what numbers and what. That is why you havent seen very many posts regarding this from any CYI untill recently. Quite frankly we are tired of you and your fellow Apex pilots who try and spin the truth for all the IGS too see.As stated by your fellow leader on the Allaince in game chat chanell "It is you who have stated to lose Billions of ISK in this conflict, it is you who have stated to lose Millions of ISK in ship losses" and as stated, have suffered the most. CYI has lost no more ships to you then we would have lost in any weekly pirate patrols, we have substained very low loses to our business division. Stimulus have been a worthy opponent and my dealings with them has been very professional. Unlike Apex who wine and complain about anything and everything. Its that wining and complaining that really shows the state of the Alliance. NoW shut up and fight, we got lots and lots of weeks still to go. Our production division has been fighting Duty since it has decided to gank our new pilots behind our front lines where our main combat force is located. We would have likely gotten one for one but that wasn't our aim unfortunatly our trap failed and we only got the Dominix but thats war. We have not *****ed once about losing ships but mlove brings it to the IGS when he loses one Battleship in a trap? Thats lame and thats why I responded.

As tempting as it support duels as a method of getting a war actually fought, as opposed to merely maneuvered, such gladiatorial matches bear as much resemblance to a sport as to actual warfare. They're an insult to both the talents and the intelligence of both sides: "We're going to pretend that either I caught you or you caught me, under stupidly even tactical conditions, and now we're going to demonstrate our supposed bravery by wasting the lives of our crews while our own existences remain as safe as ever." If you insist on engaging in this sort of macho idiocy, please do your people a favor and restrict your choice of ships to frigates. If you feel the need to raise the stakes and so prove your bravery in the face of terrible economic danger, you can pack a pair of interceptors with expensive gear and see who can do the other a financial mischief. I wasn't aware that fighting outnumbered and winning against Dangermouse and Gorion was looking for easy fights against your industrial department. That certainly would explain things though. And I myself have been fighting 3 and 4 v 1 against you, up near your lowsec system you share with the Guristas....and winning. That is probably your industrialists too? You make yourself and your corporation look stupid, so I suggest checking facts next time. As it happens.....we ARE going to keep hitting your soft targets. You have failed to keep your killboards up to date.That shows quite a bit about the class you claim to have in regards to combat. Your losing not only to Stimulous, but to Omerta and Apex respectively. Your ISK losses are in the Billions while ours in maybe a few hundred million. If you factor in internal production, ship insurance, and so on. Your losing, badly. You do not post all of your losses. We have to go to 0.0 to find action most days because you sit in Station, even when you outnumber us. I can understand if we had you 2-1 but you have like 30 online to our 10 or so and you still stay docked. You lie as well. Your bull**** reasons for starting this war is biting you in the ass. We had you cornered with our mercs. We now have your cornered with Stiumulus. So either come to terms or disband your alliance, because your not worthy of having something your unwilling to defend.

Davion Vrynn Caldari Tsurokigaarai APEX Conglomerate	Posted - 2007.11.09 22:18:00 - [60] I don't want to put words into anyone's mouth, but I believe Jon was actually referring to CYI's failure to post the losses for some assets destroyed by STIM, APEX and allied forces last weekend and that his comments were meant more for them than ATEAM. Now, we haven't made a fuss about this, as it may be CYI's policy not to post those kinds of losses. However, if that is indeed the case, we would ask that they not use their killboard to reference their performance in this war as the financial estimation of damage received would be inaccurate. Regardless of this issue, however, some of the comments made were out of line and do not represent the Conglomerate's official stance on this war. I would ask that APEX pilots refrain from further comment on these issues and in this thread. ----
