Acheron Federation and The Cyrene Initiative shares a long history of co-operation and friendship. As such, we have decided the time has come to assist them in purging the ever posturing APEX Conglomerate, and persuading other elements that have entered the theatre of war to seek their luck elsewhere.
Pending CONCORD paperwork, Acheron will soon be in a state of war with APEX, and, again pending CONCORD paperwork, through our newest members Lutin Group with the Omerta Syndicate.
We will see you on the field of battle.

On Behalf of Lutin Group we thank Acheron Federation's offer to join them and help us in the current war agaisnt Omerta Syndicate.
We are aware this will also place us on conflict with APEX conglomerate but it will allow us to defend ourselves should the tactical scenario when we confront two differents fleets at the same time present itself.
This are difficult times, and difficult times need resolute actions.

So, if I understand correctly, you feel that CYI, which publicly boasts of trouncing APEX need help against them, while you publicly say from the beginning of this conflict that APEX has no chance whatsoever to influence this war.
On the other side, the Omerta Syndicate, which directly threatens you and publicly allies itself with an enemy of the federation is worth a footnote in your declaration.
Can you feel the propaganda?
By the way, I find quite revealing the fact that your previous blustering against APEX had stopped brutally without any comment on your side and recovers now that they have leaved the Stateā

I have no point of reference to comment on Acheron Federation, but I can certainly confirm that APEX are the last people that should be accusing others of not wanting to fight with anything approaching even numbers.
Is it a perfectly valid tactic? of course. Is there anything wrong with it? Certainly not.
Is APEX's hypocrisy reeking so bad they can smell it 2 regions away? Most definitely.

And neither will CYI, and neither will Atrocitas. It is frankly a moot, and extremely pathetic point to trump around. Please, we've all been in a situation within this war when we were outnumbered and we choose not to fight, and I can say this from personal experience on all sides of the issue. We've all been in a situation where numbered looked equal, but the enemy had only a fraction of their people on. We were all in a situation when we were jumped on by a gang several times our size, again, speaking from personal experience.
Please, let's not fill this board with random hate about how one side doesn't want to fight, ultimately the anger following our "dammit they docked" moments, or whatever the case may be is just a fleeting moment. There are billions of isk that were destroyed in this conflict, obviously all sides want to fight, let's not turn this forum into a CAOD "you did," "no you did" flamefest. Plus, there's no way to actually prove it easily, so everybody is just making themselves look silly. I appeal onto all sides to just take a breath and return to the RP dialouge these threads deserve without stooping down to OOC complaints.
