Quote: Iluyen, at least when The Reclaimer posted something (before his self-imposed retirement from heavy napalm bombing of posts) there was at least a hint of fact in what he said. The SA kills are only "imaginary"? Dude, quit making a fool of yourself in front of your own Alliance. Even your most hard core PvPers are honest enough to admit that things don't always go the way of the CA.
I'm not saying we never have any losses just calling Dalmans 4 to 1 or 2 kill ration imaginary. If you do want to know collective are a SA corp that is willing and able to fight and have fought hard for DSS. For some reason its members from other corps that hide in stations or safespots all the time that come to these boards to tell us how thye are owning curse forces and roaming through curse freely.

So if 20 SA battleships entered the system you were in, and there were 4 or 5 of you there, you would all exit the station one at a time to be shot down the 'honorable' way because you're CA? Give me a break, you sit in safe spots just as much as we do when odds are not in your favour. Attacking when you are assured a loss is the most stupid tactical move an army can make, you're basically criticizing us for being sensible.
It's a shame that some people have to resort to this kind of trolling at every chance they get. Don't bother replying, because I won't.

Joining the winners just doesn't sound fun to me. It probably has its attractions though to some ppl.

I'd say I haven't bored myself a single day I was in SA. It's great fun to hang out with the 'old' dudes. I like their humor, courtesy and determination. They really help out the new members and it makes it well worth while IMHO. ___________________________ Favorite bumpersticker of the month: My head hurts! |

I would say the SA is alive and well and that Joshua Calvert is burned out (and who could blame him after so many idiotic posts). There are plenty of well-established corps in the SA and they are the "good guys". The CA is composed of cutthroat pirates and thieves, not the kind of corpmates you can trust.

The only SA that beleive they are winning are running agent missions in empire.
I would challange the idea that this is a war that cannot be won. Wars can be won and lost. Its not a matter of ships lost. Its morale... how many SA now feel safe undocked "north" of 4gq? Pre-castor I was in EV, and I felt safe in an indy anywhere south of U-Q. How much has changed? ------- Skill points. ISK. Ships, rare equipment. Its all just a means to an end...
Your end.

Ehmmm, 2 times ever have I not felt safe.
1. When 6 RUS blew up my scorpion at the jumpin in fd-mlj like 6-7 months ago.
2. When I warped into a belt at 60km range just to arrive inside a big-ass-veldspar-roid and have a spawn of 1x1M + 2x750k + 6-7x highend cruisers get in range to scramble me before I had got away from the ******* asteroid.
*edit* Oh well, I was a bit worried 2 other times. * When 3 enemies entered local while I was chaining closerange and therefor scrambled by 3 NPCs (without MWD)
* Once when I crashed to desktop while warping in to engage an enemy fleet.

Achec: unless you are in a big corp or have had a prior invitation i doubt you will get into either alliance. If your are poke your nose around and try to get past all the propoganda and don't limited your horizons to just SA or Ca there is a lot of other alliances that you might be far better off joining

bah, find an SA member to look you over and and consider sponsoring you. Unfortunately we have a professionalism fetish that doesn't let us take any old corperation like CA will, so there exists a fair chance of rejection, but I don't know you and I can't judge you..

Second Wave Inc. is in SA arent they? You couldnt kill a training drone with your whole corp.
Stronghold? A corp mate of mine went up 7:1 versus them, guess who won? Not Stronghold.
Shadow Company? They couldnt killa Second Wave Inc. guy.
"Your" alliance use to be good, before they let the crp like you in. Its a wonder why we are over-running you now.

Huh? Overrun? Don't look that way to me. You sure you didn't log into Chaos by accident?
btw, good to see you're back to your old self - thought you were a bit ill there for a bit, being nice and all.

The SA is hardly 'overrun', so CA camp DSS once or twice a week, a couple of our corps are some of the richest in game, the only reason why CA seem to be winning is they have more people simple, but out of all the CA there are maybe 15-20 people I would consider good pvpers, if you guys left all the newbs in curse instead of comming to DSS with 40+ making the game impossible to play we would have a good fight.
I think an official kill list is a must for the future so these arguements can be settled.

So, if there are 15-20 good pvp'ers in CA according to you, how many in SA? Maybe one?

If you include tyrell about the same. you lost one of your best pvp corps when ATUK left, I would say RUS are the best although they cheat, followed by Shrina and BOS.

LOL, Reclaimer you be teh funny......but it is true, those training drones are tough. Very scary little guys, I wouldn't mess with them even with my whole corp backing me up. I'm just glad you don't come into 'over-run Stain' and destroy us all by yourself
Isn't this in the wrong forum as well?

Now that is funny. Obviously you've never met any SWI on the front. Come to think of it, I don't recall encountering any of your corp on the front. I know SA has its fair share of Carebears who talk to much on the forums, so I guess its safe to assume the CA does, too. To bad they let guys who talk to much in and don't respect thier enemies. Crying shame. Well, maybe when your little corp is done with empire mining and "being busied in real life" all the time, you can come out and face an SA batte fleet, and I mean your corporation, not you and ten of your buddies. Look at OC, I like OC, they don't talk about things they know nothing about.

Guys,
Assum, ing the original poster is above totally idiotic in IQ i would guess he has left this thread two pages ago.
Killcounts dont work, flamefests dont work. We are all ³berl33t pwners of multiple BS's with endless supplies of ballsiness and we all win all fights we start when the other side doesnt sploit too much.
Now get real and get out of here.
Both SA and CA are largely allright. I would suggest you join SA as they seem to have fallen on hard times which even I wouldn't wish to them.

I sat in DSS-EZ with 10-15 corpmmates listening to you run your mouth from the station on multiple weekends. We killed a few of you when we seized a tyrell staion. For a corp of your stated size, I assume its a paper number and/or based in Empire. Regardless, you don't deserve my respect. I have some respect for the old SA corps, but you new guys are cannon fodder, nothing more.

Now, I remember that weekend, but I dont rember seeing 10-15 of your corpmates. And as for the weekend at C9N, as Balmer and a couple of the rather honorable OC can attest to, I was the ONLY SWI there. Whats even funnier was I took out a ship, granted it was a meer maller with disrutors, but It was a kill on my behalf. Course, you could be like one of those people who confuses SWC with SWI. See SWC is solorwind, SWI is second wave, inc. As to the new Corps, Tyrell is new, Shado Company is new, but SWI is rather old, we came in a bit before OC went on a killing spree, so in a way, we were OC replacement in the Stain Alliance. Also, want to know more about SWI's record, ask a REAL, respecable enemy like M0o or Omega Corp, who actually know something about us or have faced on the battle field with a more equal distrabution of numbers. And about our numbers, we are a smaller corp, with only about 30 active players, 15 or more of them new. Our more experianced members are all in stain at the moment.
