Originally by: Ambo You say 'all profits will be payed to investors' but you also say 'some early profits will go into an ebank fund'. How much will go into this fund? Will it mean lower rates of return at the start?
In any case, I'd like to reserve 500 shares if any are still available.
These early proffits will come from the one week of the towers running solely to generate some isk reserves for the corp during the 2 week startup. 2 weeks after that the proffits from that 2 week period will be paid out, some of the rest of that isk will be used to streamline the production to make it easier to manage (more reserves of fuel in a local station for instance).

Now sold out, the cutoff point was at Shae Laurel as some eve-mailed me or dropped ISK straight into the wallet.
Damn it. That'll teach me to not read market discussion for one evening.
Good luck in your venture.

Yay, I have 500 shares now.
And although mute now. . .
I invested solely off what the OP had stated, and off my own limited research in what he said he was doing.

Given a market PvPer has just doubled the value of Dysprosium, this may effect the payouts in future. I am going to run on the reserves I have and the ferrofluid I have off the market and increase the sell value of Ferrogel, producers will feel the pinch of this IF the perp has enough ISK to constantly reset the value to 45k/unit. At any rate, I have run a few quick calculations and I beleive that Ferrogel will take the knock on effect and increase in value to around 13k/unit IF he can keep this up. Just a heads up to say I have noticed it, happened around 40 miniutes ago.

Given the price increase in dysprosium, the price of ferrofluid will rise to atleast 24K/unit(which just breaks even in a POS reacting to create ferrofluid given market prices (no mining, just reacting))
Ferrogel at 13K will provide approx 75mil/week, 14K will provide 142mil/week profits. However thats a big ask, given lots will be currently on the market.
I can see this leaning both ways for the IPO. Given the (even) bigger capital outlay to react each week, some may stop producing and swap to something else. This could cause a shortage and hence lead to the IPO exceeding expectations. However If the IPO was to adapt and run on different types of operations, at a slightly lower price, the whole operation will be less susceptible to "market PVPers" such as in this case.
Of course all of this depends on the individual managing to pull it off. They have done so far increasing it to 23K, so they know what they are upto. Regardless if this lasts more than a day, it will have a knockon effect as dysprosium miners know they can get more for their product.

Are the shares listed or going to be listed on EGSEx?
Also, am I good for only the 300 I initially reserved?

Eve's unofficial website for share exchanges/listings. If you register your corporation through their site, then I'll be interested in purchasing. If not, then I'll have to decline my purchase.
Many corporations, from ISS, to Ridics own C-R-A is listed on it. So I highly recommend!
There ingame chat channel is EGSEx , alot of investors and buisness folk float around that channel chatting.

Just saw this post today - didn't check sorry. It looks like that system is desighned for shares that have an undefined lifespan - ie they keep on paying out until bought back in an undisclosed period. If thats wrong, then I will see about setting something up with them, but as mine expires around March mine might get traded on the assumption of an indefinite period, and seriously **** of people who bought market up shares to 7%/month, which would probably end up with me getting the unhappy people to deal with.... If you aren't interested then I will put the shares back up for sale, there are 600 unpaid for - will double check to see who is next in line and who hasn't paid. If not paid for by Thursday I will assume all shares back on the market.
