If you are interested in joining STK Scientific, there is a few things you need to know first.
1) Alot of our members are Australian. This by no means that if you aren't Australian you can't join, it just means that our prime time is between 8am GMT(6pm ESTAUS) and 4pm GMT (2am ESTAUS). We do have quite a few members from various timezones, and have a continual presence all day. Anybody that wants to join us and is willing to contribute will most likely be accepted.
2) The corporation works as a group to the improvement of the corporation.
3) STK buys and owns the BP's.
4) If you want a ship, or a piece of equipment, you supply the minerals and you get it. Either produce it yourself or get someone with the skills to do it for you.
5) If you are in a profession that does not get minerals, then we request something else from you.. ie if you're a trader, we request money, or some special corp trade runs. A Scientist type gets supplied whatever they need as long as they keep doing the lab work. Fighter type can recycle loot for minerals, or if just protecting a strip mining operation, he has earnt part of those minerals. An explorer is outfitted by us also, he is the one that finds the camp spots, HQ areas and rare ore belts for us. An industrialist will be asked to contribute money or manufacture time.
6) We do NOT pay anybody.
7) We do NOT force anybody to do anything. Whatever you want to do is fine by us, we are sure you will be contributing, and will support you in any way possible. If you want organised activities we have them, If you want to lone wolf off by yourself, thats fine too.
Corp Membership: 68 (as at 26 Jun)
Please contact a corporation member or post at http://pub238.ezboard.com/bstkscientific to show your interest in joining. You will be invited to join our corporate channel.
You will be able to get a good idea of how the corp works here, and we can get to know you better. After a period of time, we will then ask you to put in your application to join the corp if you haven't done so. The application will then be processed.

I have had great experience with STK scientific and they have my wholehearted recommendation. This corporation is populated by caring and motivated folks with great knowledge and experience. These are real guys who do what they say and do it well.

these guys are a great corp. all very friendly. most of the guys are in australia but we do have some north americans and i think some europeans also.
