introducing these skills like this is nuts. A better way for "specialisation" would definately be the per mineral, or the low/mid/high/recycle. I'd put money on it that to get the same refine as you did with just ref and prod eff5, your going to...

the lottery being done per person since the research itself is done per person per agent, guess what. The megacorps STILL have overwhelming advantage. This does not give "the small guy" any better chance at all, in fact it actually weights it more...
