Despite us constantly requesting our pilots to submit all loss mails (as you'll know from having access to our alliance mail system), some of our industrialists (who have no interest in fighting), didn't ever submit. But oh well... As for this new war,... We welcome the challenge. We see that our enemy are superior, but will still fight. I'm sure that if we employed using tactics such as the Crtl Q (exploit, meh), people would complain, in much the same light as we're doing here. Souls' post wasn't intended to start a smack war, but more point out that an agroed pilot, on a gate, can simply jump, reset his timer, and then vanish from scanners as his ship disppears (not warps away). How can anyone win in a war, if the enemy use Crtl Q every time? We've trapped two Ravens, 1 Fenrir, and they all Crtl Q'ed after jumping. Why on earth did CCP do this?! Why god damn it?! I've seen so many damned nerfs, and change of game mechanics in my time, that the combat that once existed within game has long since died. This new carebear style of warfare is pointless,... Come on CCP, stop making the game playable for mission runners, and do something for us combat pilots, pleaseeeeeee! Tiger.

Nexa Necis The Really Awesome Players	Posted - 2007.11.17 19:26:00 - [68] I learned a lot about Crimson and how they play. Some of them were ok, most of them we're pretty lame. I see not much has changed. Our small corp dec'd their 500 man alliance. We pounded them for about 2 months worth of pvp goodness. Of course every kill we scored they complained about and had excuses for. Any time they scored a kill it was followed by the same chest thumping smack talk and bragging behavior. You can read it all here. We found out they like to lie, they chicken out of fights even when the numbers were in their favor, they purposely don't post all their losses, Tigerfish included along with several others. I caught them in a ton of lies in my story. I caught them logoffski'ing as well. You know the type of people who dock up when it's 5 vs 1 of them, and they sit and brag how we need 5 people to kill 1, then the next day they camp 1 of us with 10 people and brag how awesome they are and how much we suck because we can't beat 10 vs 1 odds. One would think their behavior might change given the fact they started their alliance from scratch again, but it looks like more of the same. The funny thing I find with them claiming Paxton hides behind CVA, yet when they got dec'd themselves by us and REPO they asked the Sylph alliance to help them out at the same time they were aiding Sylph's enemies. Real quality people there.

This is the heart of your issue right here: your idea of quality pvp seems to revolve around the capacity to gank mission runners. When you target carebears, expect carebear behavior. If you want quality pvp, target pvpers. If you're interested in hitting Paxton financially and feel you can do this by pressuring their mission runners...be content when they log out with the knowledge that each failed mission is a standings hit.

The Glorious Crimson Federation War Decs silly useless carebear Paxton Federation. 2. They cry, because we chose to not come down to fight in useless and lagged empire 3. So, we create a gang, and I get more Industrialists then fighters in said gang. No idea whats going on, but maybe said people, who you call carebears actually care about their honour in game, and chose to gang up. We had around 35 or so people, half of them not seasoned PvPers, more like people who enjoy the relaxed gameplay we can provide to them. Nobody was talking in alliance chat, because they all were in gang. 4. Blobbing: I am sorry, we live together, and we fight together. I am not going to say no if someone asks a gang invite, because you call him carebear on a public forum. 5. We took look for your people, in the hope your Glorious warriors who are honorable actually stand up to their word. We got asked to fight, we chose to fight, and what did we get? You retract the war. 6. If you really want to target us, and hurt us, first do some research. I coudn't care less for some people dying in empire. Empire wardecs move my people to where I want them. Thanks for offering me this service. 7. That deimos got killed by a Maelstorm, who was fully tank setup. No scrambler, No web. The Pilot also got podded. 8. Vir Obitus Maeltrom is still in one piece. Unless my game is broken, and in reality it is a wreck that can tank my Thron. 9. Usually we don't really talk in local. This time we did to return the love. I don't think we ran to forums first. We had a large, low sec based carebear corp steal from a kill of ours and we war dec'd them. Crimson offered them "safe harbor" in their alliance figuring our corp would run from a challenge. They thought wrong. They also said they were gallant and chivalrous for protecting the weak 180 man low sec corp from my corp from our 10 man Empire pirate wanna-be corp. They called us weak Empire bullies who can't hack low sec because we're not real pirates. They claimed all we did was blob. They claimed we never wanted to fight. Yet when I broke down the stats of the war, it was obvious who continuously had more on their side on every kill overall. It's very hard for a corp with 10 active players spread out across the world to blob anyone. Now they've dec'd a corp who is based in 0.0 and they don't go to 0.0 to fight them. Instead they cheer themselves on over a few easy kills in Empire against people who aren't prepared to fight. Funny, when we killed their industry and mission runner players, they kept saying we sucked because we weren't targeting their pvp forces. I just don't get how if they do it, it's 100% awesomely cool and uber, and they have a small alliance doing it, then when my corp of 10 active people dec's their 500 man alliance and 2 other corps for 2 months, we're the sucky ones. They make no sense.

The points I made in my story are the same ones people are laughing at you in this thread. If you want people to see a different picture than the one that the "old" Crimson painted, you're going to have to actually make the changes. I mean really, the fact you guys posted this thread is fairly laughable. I mean c'mon, you're war dec'ing a 0.0 group of people then not even going into 0.0 to fight them, then you call them names for not coming to Empire to fight and such. Even from a role play stance it borders on absurd. Have you noticed the lack of positive responses in this thread? There's a good reason for it.
