everything works with the energy of the capacitor, but does anybody know where does the capacitor take energy from? do they have giant veldspar furnaces? do they have internal nuclear powerplants? do they have minmatar slaves powering the ship with dynamo fitted static bikes? or maybe the ships are all covered with solar panels?
anybody knows?

a bank of multiple reactors, type dependant on race. The Amarr use antimatter, the Minmatar use nuclear fission, the Gallente use Nuclear Fusion, and the Caldari have graviton reactors. All the excess power that isn't being used to power ship systems is shunted into the capacitor array.

All physics in eve are completely messed up. That's just how it is.
If you have problems with the capacitor you could try to figure out what it is that makes ship stop only because they turn off thier thrusters. Or why there is a max speed for ships.
Eve is fun but doesn't have to make sense, deal with it.
