And what would that trouble be?
Open new corp, move assets, have members switch corps, close RKK down, laugh about the guys buying RKK shares right now.
It's a bit sad that the Reikoku name will vanish this way, as they are a part of EVE history, then again: its just a game, who cares.

Rly hope it isnt true, RKK and DICE are the only bob that seem to get past delve on their own these days. Their the only guys that show up in local even if outnumbered.

No we are not shutting down. Its a pain in the ass, but not the end of the world. I have by far the controlling amount of shares, so the corp is secure in that manner. There are options such as restarting the corp, which will cause all of the shares currently in game to vanish, to the opposite end of the spectrum, which is to do nothing. We will choose the correct course of action and proceed accordingly.
We have weathered a lot bigger storms than this.

Well, the prime risk to me seems to be that someone gets a ton of your shares, sneaks an alt into RKK and then tries to vote you out as CEO and kicking everyone else if you don't login every day to counter any potential vote. Sometime when you are off on vacation, or possibly when you/a lot of your directors are at Fanfest or a BoB BBQ or whatever.
Only thing I don't know is what the rules are for being able to start a vote for a new CEO.

Heya, sorry to open this up but why you actually do this? Okay, so one of your director ran with 1mil stocks and put 'em up for graps. Only true problem is that people now see your votes and your BPO's etc. Otherwise they cannot harm you with their shares.
It would be VERY STUPID to dispand and recreate due this.
