And yet you misunderstood why propaganda is used in the first place. For example in 1930's & 40's Germany and the Soviet Union, propaganda was very effective back then because these societies were politically illiberal. Also at the same time, propaganda here in the United States, the UK, etc were appreciative of propaganda because it reminded them of the common interest that they all shared: that they were nations at war. Your propaganda is not the former but the latter and no one shares your interest. The 139 likes or whatever are because they're "supporting" your joke campaign. |

Aggro is still messed up in some missions and encounters were despite having aggro drones will be targeted.
