Despite the OP's ridiculous name he does have a small point.
New EVE players often come from other MMORPGs, and the "industry standard" of customer service is improving these days, in no small part due to the extremely efficient handling of petitions by WoW.
I'm not arguing that EVE should aspire to that standard, mainly because EVE just doesn't have the kind of huge income that would allow CCP to hire that many support staff, but maybe reimbursement petitions should have a built-in warning that tells you that they may take a very long time to be answered?
A pop-up window that says something like "Ship reimbursement petitions take an average of 4-6 weeks to be answered. Losses due to lag are NOT reimbursed. Are you sure you want to submit this?" would help cut down both the petition queue and the forum whines about them.

I don't agree, WoW does have a huge income, but also a lot more players. This means that per petition they get on average the same money to solve it (If WoW has a thousand times more players they get a thousand times as much money, but also a thousand times as much petitions). CCP should make it's petition system a lot better so a petition is answered within a few days. Furthermore there logs are still lacking a lot of info needed to judge petitions correctly. Way to often ships/items lossed to real bugs are not reimbursed because their logs don't show anything.

To the OP - you are -2.0 Sec status, so cancel your petitions and live with it.
you may have had a caching problem when you checked - but it is always worth checking from another character as to how low you are.

indeed, i lost a cyclone to a lag/disconnect issue (nothing on my screen, DC, reconnect just in time to see my ship explode - no emergency warp) way back when. I petitioned it, in the mean time, i replaced the ship, fitted it, and pretty much forgot about it, untill i noticed i had much less ISK than i should have had, checked my hangar and i had two cyclones in there.
it takes time, but it gets done. one can only assume they get ALOT of these petitions. I advise you take care if you had the ship insured - once it's replaced, your insurance money will be removed from your wallet. ========================================== that's no moon... oh, wait, yes it is, the space station's out the other window. |

I'd rather see a window that says "If this petition, or any part of it, falls within the specific exclusions listed HERE (link to what can't be reimbursed for), all characters on this account may be biomassed, and all items/ISK deleted. Do you wish to proceed?"

To the OP:
Just go to -10
Makes it easier on the petition que, you know where you can't go anymore.

Do you always troll and flame innocent people on the forums? Why cant you just explain to him that he might be -1.9003 and by that having to low sec status, instead of trolling and flaming the poor guy? I dont consider this a whine. He asked a simple question. I dont like to feed trolls, but you guys are acting like 14 year olds. Please take that ****ty attitude you got and return to the World of ******* warcraft forums.
Thanks
At least get your facts before you nerf signatures, You just removed the picture of a dead Santa, and not the text where he was told to just pay the ransom, and THEN it was eve related

Seriously, I know a guy with ADHD who patiently waited a fortnight one time for a petition to be dealt with, you're telling me that you can't put up with four days?
The GMs work by going through the pile in the order that they were received. If they don't have a lot of petitions to go through, they tend to deal with them very promptly. If there are a lot, it can take a while.
This isn't a question of poor customer support, this is an issue of them having a lot of work to do, and of you being ridiculously impatient.
If your ships were lost as a result of a server-side problem, then you WILL be reimbursed. I have, every time. the trick is to just accept that this process does not necessarily happen quickly.
So sit back, relax, and remember that the GMs are human too, and can only work so hard and so fast. - The game is not the problem. The problem is that you are not adapting to the game.
