Yes, it means an effective burst range of about 24km and around 13 strength. Add damps, nos and some of the snazzy new torps and you have the new solopwnmobile.

Why would you want to do that and not fit just multispecs instead of say 1 burst and 3 damps. Only things ECM burst are good for are to put in your hauler and in a throwaway scorpion to break turtletanks. Which effects like what, 10% of combat that happens in Eve? And almost 0% of any combat that actually means anything.

I'd imagine they are amusing on supercapitals though, because they should have benefit from the same 'feature' as smartbombs i.e. up to 9km optimal radius (+ 6km falloff) + bounding box of ship... ---------- Video - 'War-Machine'

WildCat Long live ECM 8) Don't the hactors have a much larger range than the ECM bursts? Also the mod is a bit naff for gang warfare unless your trying to break up spider tanks. And as mentioned above, you need to couple it with sensor damps to get anything good to happen. Its NOT an i-win button you have to make sacrifices to use it (CAP!) and use other mods to get most benefit which means sacrificing some precious medslots. Also, your choice of forum colour is not big or clever. ============================================
