Also GF to Tresher who has killed me on a couple of occasions. Couple of things though, the other night when we wiped out a joint MC/Huzzah gang that jumped into our system, MC decided to drop carriers and 2 motherships in on us, and then we get accused of being heavy handed. Also, if we have a gang that outnumber you 2/3 to one, why do you still fight then complain, makes no sense to me tbh. You can make a tactical retreat and not lose your gang to a fleet that would make mincemeat of you. Total no brainer. But like i said before, no disrespect to MC at all, great bunch of PvPers and thanks for the lack of smack.

IIRC that gang that jumped into PC9 first was us and Outbreak (talk about strange bedfellows). MC turned up later with a larger gang and dropped the capitals into PC9. On an unrelated point, I personally favour public killboards. The argument about intel and datamining is an old one, but I don't feel it particularly holds any water in truth. If you keep your board private, people will simply assume you have something to hide. I hope BRUCE take this opportunity to have a good old scrap with MC and put the empire building and protection of assets issues aside in order to do what most of us log into Eve for - to have fun.

BLOB was the order of the day. I think it started as a strategy and now it is just the result of the size of BRUCE. What I remember most from the days where we were with them was how long it took to get anything organized. Also the relutance to engage till the numbers were overwhelmingly BRUCE. I expect that has gotten better. What I find funny today is that they are still hiding in the same sad little piece of Syndicate. They managed to find an Aeschee in 0.0! :-) With their size why they aren't on the souvernty map is a mystery! Look at all the alliances that are much smaller and have commanded so much more. Maybe they have to be 3000 members to risk true 0.0. For empire builders they seem to less than impressive. Glad to see there are some folks making them a hobby. If someone doesn't disturb their ant hill now they will be serious a factor in the future. They are nothing if not organized. I respect that about them. Remember, they pretty much are trapped in their little place in space. Blockade them long enough and you'd see their numbers decline. You can only sell minerals and ships to yourself for so long before your micro-economy collapses. And one other thing, I still have a standing offer for John Caldwell's corpse of 100 million.
