Used a few times and for the most part has been good. Make sure you double check numbers though before clicking "OK" because the toon working for RF does not nessasary mean they have integrity. My last contract I forgot a zero in the collateral section... yes, by bad. The contract failed and the toon assigned to the contract left RF the same day. No email, nothing. Lesson learned.
TRUST NO ONE.
Like I said, I screwed up with the collateral by not double checking, but it would be nice to see honesty in the service. I'll set the collateral to max for now on even if the cargo is worth 1 ISK. |

Sorry for the loss of your contract. We do repeatedly state that customers should put a proper collateral on their contracts, to prevent theft, and as an insurance in case of suicide ganks. If we discover a contract thief, we will kick him from our ranks as soon as possible, although sometimes they leave before we have a chance to act. Always contact us if you suspect that a contract has been failed on purpose.
If we had a way to detect undercollateralized contracts, we would have rejected them, but unfortunately we have no means of detecting them (except in the case of 0-collateral contracts), until after they are accepted.

Burn Jita has left it's mark on all 3 frogs this weekend.
Across all Frog division, we hauled more then 600 contracts, of which a lot were from and to jita, while losing only 3 freighters, and no jump freighter.
We had a lot of fun this weekend within those who stayed to haul, or just to help by giving out some information to the others!
But now we must face one of the biggest queue of our history, and this will take time to recover from it, so be patient, as of this morning, there was more then 700 contracts in the Red Frog queue, more then 100 in the black, and more then 30 in the Blue one.
We will work on them like we always do, trying to clear the oldest one first, but it might take the whole week to get back to normal queues.

I know I goofed as soon as I saw the failed contract, then I looked up the toon that had the conttact and he had bailed RF already. The contract was issued by my alt, but I'll log on and get the name and forward it to you. Where should I submit it? |

OK, just gotta post a Mucho Thanks to Red Frog!! Posted a contract for them to carry some ships about 15 or so jumps, and left for work. Arrived, did a couple things, and logged back in.
The stuff was delivered!! Holy smokes, these guys are awesome!! Every single time I use 'em I'm pleasantly surprised by great service!! Keep up the awesome job, guys!!

I would like to thank RFF for being so honest when I bork up my contracts (I may or may not have forgotten both collateral and reward on a 1B contract when I did some contracts when stressed), you are almost as trustable as chribba ;) |
