Hello Everyone,
Just a quick reminder about our contracts handling rules:
1. Use proper collateral, that in most cases eliminates the risk of theft. Pilot covers your collateral, not you. Collateral = the value of goods you want us to transport. It provides your only reimbursement when your goods are stolen!
2. We handle contarcts up to 1 billion collateral value. If your goods are worth more, split it for more orders or use Blue Frog!

I've used RF several times now, even to move somewhat tempting stealable cargo. All my experiences with them are extremly positive. You're just crazy if you don't use them to move anything, anywhere. They even moved a 600Misk module for me to Jita recently. All I can say is WOW! Great service, I will use again and again. |

I have normally had very good experiences with Red Frog, but unfortunately I have to report a bad experience publicly. I had a contract with a collateral for 1 mil isk, cause the cargo was exactly 1 mil isk in value. Not because I forgot to put in correct collateral or that I was ignoring the rules set which I have followed countless times before.. Rather than get a simple evemail double checking that the collateral was correct (which I have gotten from Black Frog) it was simply cancelled, with a (my assumption of course) pre-formed evemail essentially telling me that I didn't put the correct collateral.
Well what am I supposed to do, put a 50 mil isk+ collateral on an item that cost 1 mil isk? The doesn't even bother to cover that problem.
If I make the collateral 1.5 mil is it just going to be cancelled again due to it being deemed forgotten or set too low?
Sure it is a small cargo to be contracting out but I have a busy rl as well, so I didn't feel like moving it myself.

Hello there Lord,
We are just trying to ensure that the client's cargo is properly colletarized, in order to prevent any possible thefts.
In such cases - when your order has been rejected due to this fact - it is best to send evemail to the person you have received the notification from, informing that such collateral is indeed intended. Then the order is processed normally.

Mine was rejected before I could even send a form lol. I understand you lot are busy, especially with the Rubicon changes and all. Having ships going even slower can't help the queues any. But in any case, I pointed out the fact to the person who rejected it (granted I was a bit perturbed at the time) and all I got was an evemail saying to set the collateral slightly higher. Not exactly very exact in terminology. Slightly could be 250k isk or several million or more, and in the meantime I could be issue several contracts and have them rejected for being too low lol.
I just don't want to waste either of our time, that is all

Hey RFF. I see I got accepted into RFF over Thanksgiving break, and did not have access to a computer until today. Hopefully you guys didn't stop considering me for that reason. Also, I got back today and now Rubicon is loading into a black screen for me, so I cannot accept the application or respond to any of my mail for that matter (I only knew I was accepted via Evemon).
What do you guys advise I do next? |
