Dear Clients,
As of 1st March 2014, Red Frog Freight will be adjusting the pricing model, to bring it more up to par with the ever evolving economy of EVE Universe.
This information is also available here in more eye-friendly format.
In our entire history we have only increased prices twice and this one will be our third increase. Since the launch of Rubicon expansion, we have been closely monitoring the situation, to avoid any harsh and quick decisions. As you are probably aware - Rubicon has introduced some warp mechanic changes - that in most cases made the freighter trips even longer and effectively requiring more time to dedicate from our pilots.
Apart from that, since our last price alteration, we have also observed drastic price changes on most commodities in EVE, including, but not limited to PLEX prices, general influence of inflation and the fact that ganking activity has also risen considerably. Our aim is to make our system profitable both for our clients - happy with short delivery times and top-notch service levels, as well as for our pilots - providing them good payment for the risks involved and some level of protection.
Taking all this into account we will be altering the current pricing model with the following system:
1.3 million ISK pickup price + 700 k ISK per jump - Our Calculator and FAQ pages will be updated when the system goes live.
This change is in line with our both previous price updates - by 40%.
We strongly believe that the new system will work best for both our clients and pilots ensuring that risks, benefits and costs are equally weighted on both parties.
This new model will enter into force on 1st March 2014 0:00 Evetime, all contracts posted before this date will remain valid with an old pricing. |

Did you mix up the price changes yesterday? I made a contract and checked the cost with the trip calculator, and it was cheaper than before ...
The problem for me now: I have a contract from yesterday 28th, 20:19 Eve - and I do not know if this contract will be executed. Could You send me an Ingame Mail, I will pay the difference ingame if possible.

Yes, indeed - we had a small glitch with our calculator yesterday, which caused the prices to be calculated incorrectly.
However this issue was purely on our side, so all the contracts that were raised yesterday, will be handled with same speed and quality!
You may treat it as last day discount, before our price changes ;)

It doesn't matter if you have 1 contract worth cargo to be moved.... or 500 of them :)
We will handle them all, with same great speed and quality!
Oldest contract in the queue is just few hours old, so we move them at extra fast pace :)
Oh, we managed to had over 1100 contracts raised within a day, just a week ago :)

I just love the new service Red Frogs leadership has added in. Free scam attempts from leadership on your contracts. Great new changes over the past months. Even contacted multiple people in leadership about the attempted and failed 80+ million isk scam and yet over a month later nothing from anyone. I assumed at first you guys were just dumb and thought that BPC cost the same amount as BPO's but even when that was explained no one bothered to say you guys made a mistake. Not good management.
I think it is time for me to move over to PUSHX. https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=4292373#post4292373 seems a bit more legit and I know the management responds to mails.

I have no idea what you are talking about. I've done over 10,000 contracts with Red Frog and have never once been scammed. As long as collateral is set properly, it isn't possible for them to scam. |

Indeed I am sorry to see you go. It is always sad to see that the client is not satisfied with the service offered.
However, when you post on the forums, it is also good to justify your dissatisfaction with the service and provide some proofs to sustain your statements presented here.
The whole reaction was caused by one of our Managers sending you a notification about the low reward you have used for your contract. The notification has been polite and professional, indicating what needs to be done to enable us to process your contract properly. All of our replies are standardized and checked.
Sadly, it seems that even though you made the mistake yourself and have been approach with courtesy and politeness by our manager, it did not prevent you from feeling offended.
I have also checked in detail - both our logs and financial statements - to see which might be the case of the "scams" or "frauds" you accuse our management of. I was unable to locate anything suspicious. All the official complains that are sent to us, are all processed within 24 hours from filing and replied to the originator.
Taking all this into account, I have to say that to me it seems like your ego simply could not handle a low-reward on your contract notification. Even though it has been delivered in polite and professional way.
In Red Frog Freight, we always try our best to adapt to our clients wishes and demands. Sadly in this case I see that help from another specialized field might be needed.
I hope you will be able to locate the service that will meet up your demands!

This thread is up since September 2011. Our clients use topic, to provide feedback about our in game services. Being a hauling Corporation, we process over 1000 contracts per day, involving many clients.
I am unable to see how this breaks the forum rules.

First time using the services of Red Frog Freight. Created contract before I went to bed, woke up x hours later and contract was finished.
If you do the math on your isk/hour potential of earning, you'll probably find (like I did) that it is cheaper to outsource your high sec hauling than doing it yourself.

The services you guys and gals provide is pretty phenomenal. I am very happy with my results. As many other have stated, I set the contract, went to sleep, woke up, and boom, it was at a new location.
Also, I would like to commend the leadership or whoever is running RFF, cause 2012 to 2013 saw HUGE increases, and that's awesome. Job well done leadership. |
