EVE Online: Crius will be deployed on 22nd July!
Downtime for the deployment of this release will begin at the earlier than usual time of 8:00 UTC, and will be completed by 12:00 UTC.
Should the planned downtime be extended, please expect later than usual deliveries.
As with all of the new update releases we may experience larger than usual Contract Queues.

It is always very good to plan ahead when posting your orders. Despite having many pilots on board, it still takes some time to deliver your goods to the destination. Freighters are very slow :) |

We are always very busy on the weekends - the contracts spike usually follows into the Monday.

Contracts are usually completed within 12 hours, should you however need a Rush Job, we have a procedure for that as well.
Rushes have guaranteed delivery time of 4 hours, or the reward return.
You can find more details about it in our public channel RF FREIGHT in game.

Very Fast Turn time on the contract and although it has not gotten delievered yet (only been an hour) I am happy with the collateral, size allowed,, and guaruntees that come with. They were referred b serveral RL friends and super happy with them thus far. Will be using them again.

was expecting a week to get it where i wanted it.
the day after i logged in and it was done. Less than 24 hours.
Its a fantastic operation this and i am so glad you guys are here doing this.

I wondered if you would consider adding an additional service for higher collaterals. Sometimes I want to move a bunch of stuff that I need at the same time in the same place but have to split it into several contracts. Not a problem unless your hauler only accepts 1 of x amount of contracts.
For example
Up to 1B = standard price quoted on website (as it is at the moment)
Up to 2B = 2 x standard price quoted on website
Up to 3B = 3 x standard price quoted on website
It wouldn't be too hard to re-code the website, especially as Black Frog already has a similar function whereby contract price is dependant on the value of the collateral.
I understand there would still need to be a ceiling on collateral so your haulers are not priced out, but considering the rate of inflation in New Eden there is simply less and less that can be fitted into a single contract with a maximum of 1B value.

Just curious what the preeminent JF cargo haulers of Black Frog logistics think of the proposed jump fatigue mechanic being introduced. Do you guys see this having a net positive or negative on your business model and wonder how you anticipate it'll impact your delivery times?
