Been using Red Frog about every third day for four years. Today I got my first shipment ganked. It sucks, and even more so for the Red Frog pilot who lost his ship. But only one ganked shipment in four years is pretty damned good :-)

I don't know if the people above are alts, if Red Frog's service was better once upon a time, or if I just have poor luck. Out of the two contracts I've given to Red Frog both have turned into a mess. The first time I used them my shipment ran down until only a couple hours on day three before it was finished. That's not so bad but the delay held up my business and isn't what I expected given the quality they're known for. The second time I may have set the collateral a little low on my shipment and one of their employees opted to let the delivery expire so they could flip my shipment for their own profit. No one in Red Frog will reply to my concerns. Again, I may just have bad luck but if you're reading this I advise you to take your contracts to anyone else. |

On issue one they met their SLA but you did not like it. Pretty simple.
On issue two you did not meet their collateral needs. Pretty simple.
Use public hauling channel to find and hire many competitors. |

I just went around consolidating things, and when I got back to Jita my 600M shipment from Amarr was waiting for me.
Terrific service - this was my first time using RF and you completely surpassed my expectations.
P.S. Now get off your lazy bottoms and run the other 2 contracts :) |

I used this service multiple times, always has been reliable!
I do have to say, last two shipments, I screwed up royally! (I do mean big time) in the collateral 
They still delivered, super fast.
I got a nice email explaining the nature of my big fault, and I thank them for this.
Honest and reliable service.

Ok.. I'm suitably impressed. First time ever doing a courier contract and the damn thing almost beat me back to base after setting it up. Admittedly it was not a huge one. But all the same.. wow.. |

Will you be updating the pricing page to include all systems.? I tried to set a contract from ALA, now that the citadel can have contracts, but the system doesnt come up |

At this time Red Frog is not accepting citadel contracts.
We are watching how courier contract work with citadels though observation with public and private contract. Soon this option will be available, just not yet. We would prefer that the Red Frog members not bare the brunt of lost collateral due to mechanical scams and accidents.

Red Frog is "kind" of accepting citadel contracts at this time (for a trial run).
Only acceptable routes are currently (and are prepaid):
Amarr VIII (Oris) - EFA >> Ashab-Ashab - Pandora
Jita IV - 4 >> Perimeter-Perimeter - Sanctuary
(See the RF Freight MOTD for the links to the actual citadels)
This trial will probably last from Tuesday 23/08/2016 to Tuesday 06/09/2016 |

I've used these folks many times and have never had an issue until tonight. There I was turning in 3 transpo contracts and do-de-dooing along in space when I get contacted by Black Frog. First thing I thought was my crap is gone, but fortunately not. I had a case of head-up-a** syndrome and set up the contracts to Black Frog instead of Red Frog. That would have cost me roughly 325M more. They asked if they wanted me to to delete the contracts or for them. I just thought it was worth a mention they actually look out for their customers, which in EvE I find to be very rare.
Have no fear using these guys, they are a class act! |

The conditions are not 100% in stone yet and there is still approximately a month before Red Frog citadel service starts up. When the policies are completed they will be posted here.
