Apocryphai Caldari	Posted - 2007.12.02 15:56:00 - [1] I find myself preparing to say farewell to the gorgeousness that is the current Nighthawk. I loved the black. The deep, deep black of it. I don't like the new Trinity upgraded Nighthawk nearly as much. It's not black enough and those red bits on it look terrible in my opinion. I'll still fly it of course, I love the ship. I'd still fly it if it was painted pink and given a mullet. But I will mourn the passing of what was, in my opinion, one of the most beautiful ships in EVE. o7 Originally by: Victor Valka What the skull-chick said.

My post wasn't a whine about Trinity. Shock horror. I think most of it looks great and I applaud all the hard work that's gone into it. Strangely enough I'm also entirely capable of accepting change. If anything throw on the faded red in spots like some of the old caldari ships for a uniform look, though i dont mind the ship not being 100% black anymore, but the red has to goooooooo. _________________________ V I R U S

I felt my heart sink when I saw the upgrade. I'll have to change its name as Obsidian won't apply.

Man, haven't you heard? In Trinity, t2 Caldari ships means paint is actually in the design budget! Of course it's got to have some additional coloration going on, otherwise we wouldn't know that KK or Lai Dai or whomever said "you know, I think we can actually afford some buckets of red here"! ------ Director, No Quarter "There is no problem that cannot be solved by the judicious application of violence."
