BSAC MMM EVE Mineral Reserve	Posted - 2008.05.01 14:08:00 - [91] Distributions Dividends and share distributions take place in the following order: 1) BSAMT dividends paid to current BSAMT shareholders. Please note that if you earned BSAMT shares during this month, you will not receive dividends on those ôearnedö shares. The dividends are for outstanding BSAMT shares. 2) Issue a vote to create additional (ôearnedö) BSAMT shares required for share distribution. You will receive your additional BSAMT approximately two days after the vote. I should remind everyone that this option is only available to Premier accounts. 3) Distribute ISK redemptions to shareholders holding a Premier account that requested option 3 (cash option). 4) Distribute BSAMR shares to Premier account holders. If you hold a Regular account your shares will remain recorded electronically and will not be physically distributed until your account meets the Premier account minimum (1B). 5) Distribute BSAMT shares.

Although, the shares been offered include 15 batches, the exact time depends on market conditions. So far we have sold one batch every month but Feb. where we had two batches sold. Unless I see a large turn around in the mineral market, the next batch (Batch 7) will probably be offered in June. Shareholders: If you are interested in selling your shares you are welcome to do so as long as both parties sent me an email to update the stock ledger. Neztned: Very rarely we have shareholders interested in selling their shares. So I will definitely contact you if something comes up for sale.

This is your last chance to cash in some of your shares at 100% their value. Further more I am now only able to purchase just over 3.1 Billion ISK worth of Shares (31,000 Shares) I would like to thank the stock holders for releasing some of their shares. Initial minimum investment to open a Regular account is 100 M ISK, or 1,000 shares. ISK distributions are available to Premier account holders which have a 1,000 M ISK minimum investment. Currently, Jon Rocks is looking to sell 3,000 shares at 90,000 ISK each (below IPO price). To test how well this works, I decided to place a buy offer for 65,000 ISK per shares. Anyone interested in placing an offer should evemail BSAC MMM. Remember, BSAC is currently selling Batch 11, and there are no current plans to sell more than 15 Batches.
