Share Price - new valuation method
Presently, share price is fixed at 100,000 ISK and does not reflect the state of the mineral market. As the ôofferedö shares come to a close, BSAMR is seeking to maintain its long-term position while allowing share price to fluctuate with the mineral market. To accomplish this goal, the Fund will be split into two sub-funds; a long-term fund, which we will refer to as the ôReserveö minerals, and a short-term fund, which we will call the ôActiveö minerals. This is not going to be a physical splitting of the Fund, but rather an accounting splitting.
Reserve minerals will be valued at ôspeculativeö long-term prices according to our valuation strategy and pricing model. Therefore, minerals on Reserve will not be affected by market volatility. In contrast, Active minerals will be valued at fair market price, which is not acquisition price or sales price, and therefore will be exposed to market volatility. The ratio between Reserve and Active minerals will evolve with market needs.
A major benefit of the new accounting method is that share price will reflect mineral market conditions and not some ôun-realö fixed price. In order to encourage share trading in the secondary, we plan to provide a daily share price quote, and upgrade BSAMR shares with new tradable shares, effectively removing the stock ledger restrictions. As far as I know, this will be the first time that a share price will be tied to a sector of the eve economy.

Since your order was pre-exchange, no bond is required from you. In addition, I'll probably remove bond requirements to shareholders wanting additional shares.

Block, great idea.
I've placed an order for 70k BSAMR at 70k each. I'd like to forego the bond if possible, or at least reduce it substantially to avoid having that much ISK sitting idle.

I've not used the exchange before. There's 2 sell orders on the exchange that I'd like to take. Do I place 2 matching buy orders and let the exchange resolve them?

Correct,
place two buy order in the Exchange.
Now, if you place a buy order that matches a sell order, then send ISK to BSAC MMM. So in your specific case you can send your investment in.
In contrast, if a buy order does not match any sell order in the Exchange, do not send isk until I contact you with a matching sell order.
IMPORTANT!
I created a shell corporation (BSAMR) to issue the shares. For security reasons, I purposely closed the corporation shortly after the shares were created. This prevents anyone to create additional shares and it locks the corp description with its disclaimer.
You must read the prospectus before investing.
Trades are typically transactions between investors, and therefore trades are final. BSAC simply acts as a third party and updates the stock ledger.
