In the event no underwriter steps forward, minimum investment will be lowered to 100 M to open a Regular account. You can purchase shares by sending ISK to ôBSAC MMM.ö If you invest less than the Regular account minimum you will be assigned a ôRestrictedö account. The only benefits of a restricted account is that it allows you to trade shares publicly and allows you to purchase additional shares before a share block is made available to the public. However, a few investors were very interested in learning how things were moving along. Attached is a link to a pdf file with the summary statement. I should caution everyone that the short-term gains that I have seen are not sustainable and I suspect they will decrease substantially once the market starts to catch up. So please, do not assume that we will continue to experience such large returns. However, there still significant room to continue our progress. We are working with the current capital and will continue to do so. This is a long term project and like you pointed out it will take a long time to fully mature. When the new prospectus is release I ask that you please read carefully the definitions of each option. It took me a little time to fully understand each option. So please if you have questions please ask them, some options are better then others. Those who invested in the EVE Mineral Reserve MinMa and have "EVE Mineral Reserve" stocks will need to pay attention to the stock change. More on that when the prospectus is release. I wanted to put some focus on the new prospectus. As always I will be more then happy to help anyone, now that I have seen the new prospectus I understand the changes a lot more. As described in the prospectus, MinMa will buy-back shares at 60,000 ISK per share. The buy-back offer is currently 60% NAV and will improve overtime as the Fund matures. Our target buy-back offer is 98 % NAV. At this time, because of the low buy-back offer, IÆll waive redemption fees. To liquidate at buy-back price First, send ôBSAC MMMö and evemail stating that you want to liquidate ôXö number of shares. It is crucial that you send me an evemail; otherwise I have no way to determine who the shares came from. Do not send shares yet. As described in the prospectus the recorded electronic shares are physically distributed to premier accounts at least every quarter. Although I can not quote block It seems the corp has grown 16-18% early on. We think this will slow down to 6-7% but we have still done better then this. The best room for long term growth is 100% invested back in(which is default) Assuming block gets a 7% growth rate option 2 will pay this out in div shares that will pay out that current months growth in isk. Its the 2nd best option and as block says u can trade those ones. Note you can not buy these ones they are only given out to current investors as the first pay out that will then pay div.(hope that makes sence). This means market will determin these values which could be another good option. Option 3 is just a easy way of cashing out the extra shares earned. Not the best but if you need isk this will be ok. Pay out of 60% of nav but I would not recomend this unless you really want isk for other things.. Option 3 is a buy back from option 1 not 2. A buyback for option 2 has not come up and we have not even thought about it but I will ask block as I dont see why it would not be a big deal since share price should remain the same. Less then 1b. Block gives buy in shares but all div shares are done electronicly(To min work load). Once the investor gets to the 1b mark all electronic shares will be given and all future shares will be real shares. All these shares can be sold back to block at 60% nav. You must pick how you want your account. Three account options growth(normal shares) Div(shares that pay out div but dont count towards more shares) Cash(60% nav of shares given that period) You pick how u want your account EXP 50% growth 25 div 25 cash. Default is 100% growth. Assuming you invested 1b in shares last month and the increase of 15-18% you would be given isk shares baised on what you picked. 100% growth you would get 18% back in more shares 100% cash would give you 60% of the nav of the shares you would of gotten in isk.. Make sence?

Giving these shares a base price is my reason behind asking. If you could do this it would be great. Buyback is 60% of NAV, that's fine, at least it's a figure. And judging from other share prices, if dividends are 7% of NAV, it should mean a SMO price of around 120-150% of NAV (possibly 200%). Kylon Vale invested 1,000,000,000 ISK back in Dec 26, 2007. He immediately received his 10,000 BSAMR shares; every investor has received his initial investment shares. From Dec 26, 2007 to Jan 11, 2008, he earned 1,352 shares that where recorded electronically and he did not physically receive them. On Jan 12, I distributed earned shares to all investors. Therefore, 1,352 shares were physically delivered to him. As of today Kylon should have 11,352 BSAMR shares in his wallet. Kylon decided that he wants a (50, 30, 20) portfolio. Is this incorrect? If it is incorrect I can fix it today and send you the additional dividend. Otherwise you will receive BSAMT shares (dividend paying shares) in approximately 1-2 days. The average net-return for this month was 5.50% and not 5.99%. Read the private blog for details. However, the 5.50% does not apply to your account because you invested 500 M on March 8 (Ref ID 1,028,481,678), and therefore half of your total investment missed out on the electronic distributions recorded on Feb 29, March 5, and March 6. On those particular days your earnings were based on your original 500 M investment and not on your full 1 B. Check the stock ledger for distribution dates. I reviewed your account and I noticed that because you converted your Regular account to Premier account in the middle of the month there are 249 BSAMR shares that have not been delivered to you. You could cash those shares if you like. Please send me an email with your decision. DonÆt hesitate to convo me and I would be happy to go over your account information. As the ôofferedö shares come to a close, BSAMR is seeking to maintain its long-term position while allowing share price to fluctuate with the mineral market. To accomplish this goal, the Fund will be split into two sub-funds; a long-term fund, which we will refer to as the ôReserveö minerals, and a short-term fund, which we will call the ôActiveö minerals. This is not going to be a physical splitting of the Fund, but rather an accounting splitting. Reserve minerals will be valued at ôspeculativeö long-term prices according to our valuation strategy and pricing model. Therefore, minerals on Reserve will not be affected by market volatility. In contrast, Active minerals will be valued at fair market price, which is not acquisition price or sales price, and therefore will be exposed to market volatility. The ratio between Reserve and Active minerals will evolve with market needs. A major benefit of the new accounting method is that share price will reflect mineral market conditions and not some ôun-realö fixed price. In order to encourage share trading in the secondary, we plan to provide a daily share price quote, and upgrade BSAMR shares with new tradable shares, effectively removing the stock ledger restrictions. Now, if you place a buy order that matches a sell order, then send ISK to BSAC MMM. So in your specific case you can send your investment in. In contrast, if a buy order does not match any sell order in the Exchange, do not send isk until I contact you with a matching sell order. IMPORTANT! I created a shell corporation (BSAMR) to issue the shares. For security reasons, I purposely closed the corporation shortly after the shares were created. This prevents anyone to create additional shares and it locks the corp description with its disclaimer. You must read the prospectus before investing. Trades are typically transactions between investors, and therefore trades are final. BSAC simply acts as a third party and updates the stock ledger. BSAC MinMa Information Desk
