WOW.
Magnificent eyes. Magnificent lips. Extraordinary pose. Maybe too much shine on the lips and coud sue a couple notches of color intensity. The piercing is silly (but anyway I don't like piercings). Maybe the skin is a bit to dull and unhealthy compared to how bright are the eyes and lips, might be a lighting issue. Anyway it's a solid 9/10 that could be 10/19 w/o the piercing and the paleish, ubershiny lips.
(I just had to rate you, even though my new version will not kick in for a while. Wil check my files as your name is familiar, maybe I saved your previous version sometime).

Huh... overworked. Too many piercings, extreme hairdo, goggles...dunno what you were aimign for, but the avatar is cute and expression and pose are nice, so, will give it a 6/10 after all.

Like the lighting in contrast to the background, making the face stand out nicely.
The two piercings and the tattoo placed on the right half of the face are making a good focus. I like it, except for the earring.

You might still have the lighting intensity sliders in your character customisation window, because lights are good. I have a thing for that sort of jawline, so there is a plus too. Normally I hate the white eyes, but they work in my opinion here, also awesome mouth, and the background is not even interfering, 8/10
