makeups much nicer this time round, but the colors still clash between your character and the background. your character is entirely made of very warm colors, and the background is very cold. if you wanted to use that specific background, i'd turn the lighting down and play with shadows, maybe even make the hair a darker color, but thats just me. I feel like a different one would be better as the character is not bad.
for an example of good character / background lighting and coloration on this page, just look at Aerethir.

I really like this avatar. The tats are stylish and yet evoke a business-like edginess.
The makeup is well-done and the color schemes match. The hair color and style perfectly finish the look.
I would have done something different with the pose though.
