Big boobs are a no-no in everybody's book. They're silly, they look awfully unnatural and are downright ugly.
That aside, this character has got interesting face traits, albeit the nose went over the top and it's too pointy. Will give it 6 of 10 for having an unusual face. |

That's looking down onto people, exactly.
Albeit it's very dark, the pose is very expressive. The head tilt and specially the smile hit it. The aviators suit well to character too, but the dark skin looks unnatural as it doesn't fits to the face traits. Will say 9 of 10, -1 for the uncanny valley skin, that's 8 of 10.
