The pulled back hair really isn't that bad. What doesn't look at all right sadly is the hunched shoulders. The poses available mostly look very wooden, and this hunched up pose is the worst of them all for the females. On the plus side I like the lighting , the skin tone and what appears to be a cheeky little grin on her face.
I'll comment again once she has her hair down, but perhaps you might want to change the pose a bit too. 7/10 for the time being.
