@Zero Never a huge fan of those glasses, but work with the jacket. Looks like a tough guy, but one that would do the right thing. I wish the composition was better, head is too center leaving a lot of empty space above. Lighting is fine, but the shadow on the shoulder looks like part of the jacket's pattern at first when small. 7/10.
But maybe your portrait is about to update from the sound of it.
@David Great lighting and angle with the shoulders. He seems real and fits the uniform. 9.9/10
@Venusa Love the eyes, they really pop out and seem real, plus nice skin lighting, while simple. 8/10

With that lighting , Shades doesn't make much sense at all.
The blonde hair was a nice touch tho.
A bit unconventional but still nice to see some creative effort.
