The black jacket takes up quite a bit of space and takes center stage. I also think you would look awesome with a different hairstyle.. that style looks too 'fake'. I never liked that hairstyle on anyone.

Alice is right. Your original was better. I gave you like a 6/10 last time but it grew on me to a 9/10. I remember it exactly.
Look straight at camera and center on face. Zoom in til you can't see your bare arms being crossed. Your head was also slightly stage right but not too much. Hope this helps.
