Beautiful closeup.
Unfortunately, the lips don't match your scars in realism- the lips and the eye look like painted while the scars and beard look rather photorealistic.
I don't like those "hybrid" characters personally, I would chose between a realistic look or an over-the-top comic look.
Since he looks badass as he is already, I'd probably go for the comic book look. Realism is for carebears.

@ Random McNally: I happen to like this portrait a lot, and I don't even know why. It's rather generic without anything really special, yet it somehow has character and soul. Maybe because it is difficult to have bald avatar in EVE who does not automatically look like a douche. I'll give it 9/10...and I wouldn't change it if I were you, unless of course you want to add a monocle 
@ Kytayn: The popular Malcanis- background and your avatar looking into the horizon, head held high in pride. He looks like a field marshal or an evil dictator, someone with a vision and enough brutality to turn it into reality. Normally I dislike avatars that do not make eye contact, but it fits good with the overall feeling of your picture, so 8/10
@ Kristopher Rocancourt: I like the scared expression, only your pupils should be dilated, they are too narrow right now.
I know that you don't like high ratings, so I am giving you an extra-high rating just because + deal with it  : 11/10

I tried making Nadia nice ,sexy and sweet , but she called called a soulless *****. So i guess I'll have to make her the Catherine Tramell from Basic Instinct lol
And about your toon.
If you cover the mouth , I'll say you've done MUCH better at the face department than I had lol, but currently it just looks like she ate too much Mexican chill or just had a botched Botox lips job.
The background is also a tad blend tho , additionally , you need darker clothing .
Clothes aren't meant to blend into the character lol
