A different shade of colour on your lips or eyelids would help bring out that dark-light contrast you seem to be going for. A lighter background or more intense lighting over this one wouldn't hurt either. Needs more evilification, basically.

Wow. I can't stress how much I love it. It has a very strong femme fatale vibe going on. i.e. Very striking and sexy, but also potentially dangerous. Love the use of color and lighting too. Personally, and I'm just nitpicking here, I would love if you filled out more of the portrait, but meh. It's awesome.
