Not anything really special with your avatar, which is most likely why I like it 
It's made very simple, does not draw attention by being unique, but rather being closer to how a real human being would look like.
The lips are a bit to dark for my liking, and something with the light makes the bridge of the nose "stand out".

Simple - yet effective.
Classic Gallente features, good lighting and framing. Avatar overall is rather simplistic, same with the background, but that's neither working for or against it overall (I like simple themes too!).
Down points? Nothing really stands out. If it was my avatar I'd maybe re-sculpt the face a little to sharpen her features, but otherwise you're lookin' good.

In fact I re-scultped her just the other night primarily to reduce her bust even further.
Did you mean angle, or placement/height in the frame? I still need to play with the actual angle a little more, but the positioning in the frame is on purpose, to give her a smaller appearance than her older sisters (who both sit higher in the frame)

More detail in this close-up than in your previous avatar, which lets one see those awesome freckles (I have a weakness for freckles). I love the hair too; the colour looks damn good under that lighting preset, especially how it fades from loud and bright to a dimmer shade. If there's anything that concerns me, it is the background; it doesn't do much of anything (which, in all fairness, you'd expect, seeing as it is the background), but it doesn't suit the avatar.
Stylistically, your previous avatar arrangement suited the other Dusettes more. This one suits you perfectly. And bonus points for freckles and side profile.
