Anyway, nice av. Simple style but really quite effective. Pose suits your broad, masculine build which denotes this Amarrian tyrant's clone isn't too old. Light works well, dark theme with a spotlight on the face showing the determined, stern look.
I'mma give you a 9/10 
But I gotta deduct a point 'cause you didn't follow the rules n' rate the person above.
So a final tally of 8/10

That's a really awesome avatar. face, colors, blahblahblah it all looks good. Something about that slight smile, eye color, and hairstyle give it this really sorta hot, fiesty, too-cool-for-school yet somehow just a tad bit sweet and innocent look that, again, is just really awesome.

Uhm.. wow.. you're almost making me blush here, haha..
Especially since it is coming from you. I've been reading the forums for the past week or so, unable to post, but always was fascinated by the "movie star" look of your avatar.
You make all those "unusual" things you have going on look so seamlessly fitting, like your lipstick color or the glasses or the hairstyle (both of which I was playing around with in the creator myself and couldn't get them to work for me). While on many other avatars these things seem to be used to make the character stand out more, but actually look off somewhat, it just looks awesome in your case.
So I'm glad to get the opportunity to give you your own 9.9/10.

I really like your avatar overall. You've done a fantastic job for your first attempt at your first character. If you're like me you'll find you keep refining it over time and I'm pretty sure you're only going to get prettier and prettier.
You've done a really nice job with the face-sculpting, managing to shape her features to remove the masculinity that most EVE avatars seem to sport. Framing is good, lighting works and the pose and outfit seem ok too. Negative points? Hmm, background choice doesn't seem to suit the overall theme the best, and her skin tone seems a little pale.
Great job overall, a very solid 9/10

Jesus, well even though I'm not quite sure what you mean in some parts, it's still a rating that I've not gotten before. 
Erica's style is supposed to be pretty straightforward - Sexy yet bad-ass. I'm assuming that's kinda what you're alluding to when you say she's a "harsh" form of Barbie? Her face is clear enough though if you open up the full size image.
I'm assuming you'd "avoid" her because she looks dangerous or nasty? I could understand that, but I guess it's not really what I was aiming for with her.  Although I have found that the beauty/badass combination does seem to intimidate some men (at least in the context of male role-play characters), and so some folks have admitted hesitating a little when they wanted to approach her.
The reality of Erica though is she's actually a big softy, quite reserved and demure when out of the spotlight. You'll discover she has a tasty, but hard vanilla-chocolate exterior with warm and intimate insides... .... once you get to know her that is, and once you get her alone.

Not sure exactly who's "in character" post you're complimenting there, mine or Mr Sociopath's, as neither were truly in-character posts in the true role-play sense of the term. You should come hang out at The Summit sometime!

Hate is a strong word Lord Seraph! I wonder if you'd still hate that nose if it was tip-to-tip with your own, giving you a little Eskimo kiss.
Erica is hardly a "lady" and she's the first to admit that. She dresses provocatively, curses a lot, smokes and murders people in her free time. She hasn't an ounce of class, but has a ton of style.
Ahhh yes..... back to THE NOSE. Uggg. You're the second person to say they dislike it in fact. Erica's sister Dani is said to have the prettier nose. Incoming resculpt!

While it is true that Dani has a better looking nose, I still think that Erica's nose is great too. It is a kind of "contrast" to her otherwise beauti. It gives her character and allows the observant person to know that she isn't a lady  Dani achieves the same with her slightly smug smile, giving her her own edge.

I was so greatful that I decided to restyle myself in her image - the glossy black hair, the tight black tank and some form fitting leather pants. I notice you share a similar taste?? Wow!
I was gonna lash out and get me some greeve boots too, you know, but these jokers in Hek wanted like two hundred million. I don't think Erica would have approved of that purchase. 
I also had my tattoo recolored to match and found this super-funky pair of goggles in the wreck of a Tempest we killed the other day.
I like your image too ma'am. The pose is confident, light and outfit work nicely. And I really like your... umm, sharp and pretty facial features.

I have done a very different sheimi before. About 2 years ago she looked like this. If you were interested obviously. Also, 9/10. Your avatar is very simple yet straight to the point.

Now there's something you don't see everyday. I like it. the pose is fresh (to me anyway) and I like the outfit. Personally though, I don't think the hair works all that well and I'm not sure how I feel about the background. Most backgrounds kinda completely suck so I can't fault you too much, but I dunno. I feel like some contrast somewhere couldn't hurt. A tad too much black for my liking.

Not my style, but one can't argue a well made character. The only gripe I have, is that the lower lip seems huge in comparison to the upper lip - at least at this angle. But that's more nitpicking than anything else :)
