So a couple of days ago I was messing around with a super given to me by a friend on the test server. I was with a few of my other corporation mates at a safe when two of them applied their drones to my super for a few minutes, removing most of my shields.

After that little engagement, when my aggression timer was already up, I warped to the safe I was using since I got it to log off. Within half a minute, two sabres landed on me and bubbled up. I got as many of my friends as I could to get into triage and whatever else in an attempt to save me, but it wasn't enough. Those Dirty Rats ended up warping in something like 10 dreads, and even with the deadspace tank of the nyx I died pretty quickly.

I'm wouldn't be quite as bothered about it if 1. I didn't have the collection of all the faction/deadspace modules I own on the test server in it, and 2. it wasn't clearly breaking the rules because they dropped on me in a safe. I'm not sure how easy it is for me to report pretty much everyone on the killmail (outside of those in my corporation) but I know for sure something was fishy about the Moracha pilot, Hans Bonderstadt.

A few days before the Nyx died apparently he was harassing a member of my corporation in local, and on station. He went on to have this conversation with that corp mate, proving he has some sort of grudge against that pilot and FIL0.

Here is the killmail from my super death, of course not showing all the pilots involved. This information shows that at the very least Hans Bonderstadt has broken rule 2 regarding harassment, and perhaps him and the other dread pilots involved ALSO broke rule 2 regarding non consensual PVP. While it may have been in 6-CZ49, it was definitely not consensual.

The player agro'd me on undock, after telling the player, he stated.

"well someone did it to me soo.."

I told him to report the player and I thought he didn't see the beacons in system he then states.

"naa im not a *****"

Please note how i fire one volley and drop lock. Also you were not on undock, you were in orbit. Moreover how i mention "someone" was shooting at me on station earlier. As for trying to kill you multiple times in Ca1 on your video, i try to kill a lot of people in Ca1 and you are not in the slightest someone that resonates as primary target.

My original opinion of you sir has only been solidified.

You cannot agress someone on station grid. And I was adding that detail to show some reason why you might have shot me. I am aware shooting someone in CA1 or any of the other combat zones are allowed, you are however not allowed to agress a pilot on station grids, or gate grids. This post will probably be deleted because this is not a place to discuss issues, but Im puting this here so you can read what I ment.

i had just got a supercapital and i was sitting on station with it and then justin666 undocked his alts and killed me on station
