I do not mean more complex missions, scenarios or story arcs, but actual agent services offered based on factions and relationships that aid immersion. e.g. bounty hunting passes, bribery of concorde, player or corp specific intelligence/info, NPC pirates that don't auto-attack with a high standing but might even come to your aid etc.. 3) The map and the local chat currently kills off any ability by any player type (pirates/0.0 miners/hunter) to hide their activity in deep space, which is ludicrous. Ris Dnalor 1) Could office rental fees be increased, & could they vary... based on other services located at that same station, the # of jumps in & out of the system where the office is located, & also on security of system. If many services are available [ esp. factories and/or Research facilities ] then those offices are certainly more valuable. Also high traffic areas are more valuable. & high security systems should cost more as well. The prices need to be increased so that only large profitable corps can hold many offices. This would free up room for growth without adding any new office space. 1B) something else that might help free up office space, if it could be done.. would be to add a skill called "Hanger Management" or some such. This skill would allow a hanger division [ like the ones in corporate hangers ] in peoples personal hangers... 1 for each level of the skill. Some people have offices & solo corps just so they can have tidy hangers, without doing any production, etc. Would this be feasible? 4) Could insurance be changed so that each player has a "flight safety record" which would record the number & value of ships they have lost in-game. Insurance could then be a fee based on that pilots safety record. Additionally one should be able to purchase an 'insurance subscription' which would send a bill to your personal wallet each day, in the same manner that reserach & factory slots do.
Danton Marcellus 1) When will the trade skills be released and made to work and when will that area get some love?
The Reclaimer 1) Can we please get Casino's? I really think Eve needs more to do. I mean, since the stockmarket isnt gonna happen, I'll settle for some gambling. Dont the Caldaris have a tradition of gambeling? I think there should be a Vegas style system with all the amenitites. I think that in 0.0 there should be more dangerous avenues.
Malachlite 1) How will the release plans for elite frigates affect the deployment of the carrier class of ships (promised) so that we can get those specialized drones (discussed in January)? 2) from the january 21st csm we asked a question about several promised items and theyre status ingame. can we get an update on those and what is happening with them (please include a percentage for development status and one for possibility of deployment before may)? they included ship hauling (non interbus version mentioned then), and cloacking tech (yes again). 4) has reverse engineering been scrapped? there has been no mention of this often promised feature for a very long long long time now. 5) Many have asked for Refining/Reprocessing right click options and grouping - comment ?? also what is going on with scrap refining (where is it)? 7) Why do ALL wrecking hits occur with a 2% chance no matter what weapon type, size or target vessel velocity ??

Trevedian When can players expect to see some tech 2 guns? Many have been running R&D missions for several months now and have yet to see any reward for their prodigious investment. (example-Laser Physics)
Mjolnir It is hard to locate an agent with location services. Is it possible to add an option to the starmap that can show which systems have agents with diffrent services. Similar to the options that show station services.
Seth Dark 1) Increase of security status: Can the devs explain the exact rules how and when the security status is increased and if these rules were really working in the last 3 months ? Since release of Castor a lot of people can hunt NPCs the whole day without any increase in the security status tab of the character screen. Is this intended or a bad, bad bug ?
2) Another Security status: With some patches since Castor the security status of some solar systems changed. Will this happen often (how often ?) in the future and by what is this affected ? Is the change randomly or caused by player actions like often or seldom podkills, high or low presence of player pirates with negative security status and so on ?
Killgorde Question: Any thoughts on adjusting the mineral requirement balance of BS (and possibly cruiser) production towards larger quantities of high end and far less low end minerals?
NeoMorph Q: Will we ever get a proper multi screen Eve where we can move chat screens and scanner to the 2nd screen along with the neocom while having the 3d graphics purely on the first?
Swift Q: Can you please give an indication of when the attributes will be balanced out - Willpower does relatively little due to their lack of connections as 'primary attributes to skills', and especially True Amarr with a huge Willpower are stuck with a number of secondary att. skills as their only use (well that and Leadership/Interceptors cough). Is there any indication of whether more willpower primary skills (of decent use) will start making appearances soon (Trade skills never appeared for example). Charisma and affiliated skills fall into this situation too. And this means outside 'Leadership' skills whch are all but useless it seems.

Q:A bp question, would it be possible to add a counter to the original bp as well. As a producer it is hard to keep track of how many runs the bp have been used, and if it has payed of or not. Also a counter on how many times the bpo have been copied. Usefull to know if I buy that great T2 bpo for huge isk, if it has already been copied it is not worth that much anymore.

Q: Will there be a move towards greater functionality with escrow? As things stand, it's not possible to tell which escrow item has been sold and to whom.
Being able to block certain sellers/scammers would also be a welcome addition.
Q: Will tracking/visibility of sellers be available on the market? There are certain individuals I may not wish to purchase items from, or I might want to know who keeps undercutting me so I can declare war on them. I shouldn't have to buy from a rival in order to establish their identity.
Q: Will level 4 agents give a greater degree of information in providing location services (e.g. by naming the station someone is currently docked in or the moon/planet they are at) or will location services stop at level 3 agents?
Q: Is there a reason you can't see the minerals needed to make an item when purchasing a BP?

Q: Would it be possible to implement either a one or 2 skill trainning queue, or maybe a site interface like the caharcter skill sheet which lets you change skill training when you are on vacation. Because most peeps now simply give their accounts to someone else when they are away to train them.
Q: Auto keep training skill toggle, automatically starts next level when current level is trained.
Q: Differentation in bp images : originals green, unl copy's purple, bpc's blue, tech2 yellow. It is sooooo anoying trying to find an original among a hanger of 100's of copy's. ohyeah and make 0-run remaining copy's die or black or somthing.

Q: It seems Level 1 and Level 2 agents are for Frigate pilots and Level 3 agents can be handeled with a Cruiser. So I wonder if we could have a 4th Level of Agents for Battleship pilots and then Level 5 agents for Groups/Corporations ??

Q: What (if anything) is being done about Deep Core Mining? As it stands now, anyone who wanted to specialize in DCM has wasted their time and skill-points since Morphite continues to flood onto the market from refining Arkonor and other common ore types. There's no incentive to mine Mercoxit at the moment because of this. Please remove Morphite as a by-product of common ores. It should come from Mercoxit roids only - as the mineral description states.

Q. Can the number of pilots in space be removed from the map?
It's unrealistic for the whole galaxy to know how many ships are in each solar system instantly. I feel this is the main reason that 0.0 space is largely empty.
Having the feature on the map only helps the alliances. A small number of people can police a huge number of solar systems as they can filter out the empty system straight away. This means that Alliances can focus their attention on only the few occupied system within their control.
If the number of pilots in space were removed. Alliances would be forced to activly patrol the regions that they claim, and so would have to work for the high quality ores that they have annexed for themselves.
I'm sure the choke points would still be camped but at least once through them you'd have half a chance of getting away, rather than have that tell tail dot follow you across the universe broadcasting your every move to the people you least want to know. ----------------------------------- A gun and a packet of sandwiches.

1. Can CCP make it so that map only shows a pilot in space, not any numbers indicating how many but just that there is someone there, no matter if they are docked or not.
2. Can CCP make it so that when people log off their modules turn off as well.
3. Can CCP make it so that when people log off the pod does not vanish when the ship explodes.

Ok, this is not meant to be a rant, it's not meant to encourage flaming, it's not meant to start a troll. I simply want to make CCP aware of what is happening in my little part of the Universe.
Constant D/C (3 alone in 30 minutes today) Members unable to log in Horrible Lag Old Bugs showing up again Old Known Bugs not being fixed New Bugs
These things add up. I have several members in my corp threatening to leave the game. Now, how am I (as a CEO) supposed to keep these members? I can't fix the bugs, I can't make the connection/servers any faster. All I can do is reimburse them if something was destroyed or disappeared after a D/C or if they lagged out and got PK'd.
I'm all for more content. I'm all for new members. These only help the game, but when old things aren't fixed and people keep D/C'ing, how does that look? What's going on to fix these things?

I have some questions:
1. Please can "Warp Gang" move all ship classes at the same speed?
2. Please can we have notice of more than 2 hours of extended downtime (emergencies permitting, but general db maintenance is probably best planned on a regular basis). Maybe if dt is 2 hours rather than one hour every wednesday? Maybe if RL e-mails are sent out this would help...
3. Will unlimited BPC's ever be made into Limited copies? It was spoken about months ago, but we've heard nothing since.
4. Anything on the horison to reduce the outrageous zydrine prices? Maybe a tiny spot of highend in 0.1, or 5 zyd per Jaspet refine (ie; really tiny amounts, that will still help general supply).

Yes, can we please have some ores such as gneiss in more regions. I searched many systems in 2 0.0 regions and could find no zydrine giving ores. I like the 5 zyd in jaspet idea, perhaps some in hemorphite and hedbergite too?

Is any work being done to improve the game GUI?
Quite a lot of video lag is caused by this and, because of the way the game works now, CTRL+TAB'ing to remove the GUI means you're flying blind.

Ok. Can something be done about the minmatar stations? You know, the ones with the extra long exit tubes. The ones that can take up to 15 minutes to get out of in a BS.
Half the time, I get thrown back into the middle of a station and get to travel at a loverly 8m/s while trying to get out... sometimes I just completely stop.

The combat system need some more keyboard shortcuts.. so u can switch between the high,med and low slots.. cause sometimes its hard to know if u realy turned of the shild booster or on a gun or whatever... and its hard to switch fast with the mouse since the buttons are so small..
And when u reload a weapon and gona reload the next one the reload button is gone cause its restacking the ammo in the inventory... aah! its so annoying to put a module offline when ur in a fight.. :(

Suggestion: Make CONCORD non-lethal either for anyone with a sec rating above -2 (or some other negative number), or non-lethal for those with a positive sec rating. Have them warp in, web, scramble and cap drain the aggressor (100% cap drain) for a set time (10 mins maybe) then let him go. If the act of aggression brings his security status below the -2 (or whatever) limit or if it is the 3rd transgression in 24 hours CONCORD destroys him.
This way victims will still be able to get away from attackers safely and accidents or honest mistakes no longer result in CONCORD pwning your ship.

Q. Is anything planned to bring the behaviour of drones more inline with the behaviour of normal weapons systems ie. Optimal and fall off ranges, a chance of actually missing once in a while, not hitting for max damage every shot, a chance that frigates won't die a sudden and painful death the very second heavy drones are deployed. Small things like that to make drones a little more reasonable.
Right now frigates die so quickly when heavy drones are deployed you don't even have time to try and run away, and you stand no chance of fighting.

It would be nice to have a way to digitally set a ship's speed rather than the hit or miss method available now. This would enhance the ability to keep formation with other ships in a group. A temp way of adressing this would be to have shuttles for rent, but Interbus has been added to the background, and it should be used (maybe courrier missions could, in fact, be implemented as mission for Interbus agents!). Anyway, with the upcoming regulation, or even ban, of battleships in empire space, the problem of moving around ships and players to swap ships will become critical. I'd like to know CCP's views on this, and their reasons for not moving Interbus up in terms of priorities if they decide to keep it low on their list.
Q: Are there any plans to make the newbies get together ? Right now, newbies can either join an already established corporation, or play solo (mostly through missions). There is not much for those newbies that want to start in the game by playing together. Agents missions are all for just one player, and, from what I've read about the upcoming changes in missions, only level 4 agents will give out "group" missions... and it sounds like it's just because the NPCs are so powerfull that you can't take them out by yourself, not even with a big battleship. Instead of that "let's group when the foes are too powerful"-attitude, we could have some stuff that was genuinely designed, from the start, for groups of players. See my sig thread for some ideas about this. The most basic feature would be adjusting NPC spawns according to the gang size at the time the mission was accepted (something like the agent saying "oh, I see there's 4 of you, I've got just the mission for you - but you'll have to split the reward").

Please only allow Morphite to come from Mercoxit roids. Those of us who have trained Deep Core Mining have wasted our time since players without the DCM skills continue to flood the market with Morphite they get from refining other ores. It makes no sense and makes a mockery of any specialization you had planned for the game

Rather than asking for new stuff, or asking when stuff is coming out, and thereby getting the inevitable 'soonÖ' answer, how about we ask the devs what THEY think the community wants in game.
So my 2 questions would be:
Ask what THEY would like to see in game?
Ask what THEY think WE would like to see ingame (top 10 list)?
I would be v. interested to see how 'in-touch' they are with both the community and the game.

Is 1.0 space supposed to be completely safe or not? What happens in the rest of empire space I dont care about, but has the time now come to disable guns in 1.0 space? Should 1.0 be treated as some sort of "sacred ground" where all can meet in safety?

1.)Are some of the meaningless skills out there ever going to get looked at? Some that come to mind are Black Market, Trading, Bartering, Astrogation(?), Biology(or genetics), broker relations, just to name a few.
All of these skills seem to have very little importance if any in the game.
2.)Would it be possible to limit the amount of time a player can remain in a NPC corporation when they start up. Players use NPC corporations as a shield to protect them from any kind of player retribution as you can't declare war on these individuals. I would like to see a system where after 1 or 2 weeks players are booted from the NPC corporation and flagged as a freelancer. Freelancers can declare wars, and can be declared war on; however they do not get the other perks of being in a corp such as purchasing offices, multiple hangers, recruit members... etc.
Of course many players could make PC noob corps to help continue their learning of the EVE world. The difference being that these corps would still be held at some accountability for it's members.

i like the idea of the new BP colors, but not the part where tech 2 are yellow. tech2 BP's can just have that groovy little icon in the corner like the items do. i don't think having a new color for each tech level will work. what color will the tec2 copies be? see how it would be confusing?

1 : A refine/reprocess selected items would be a great addition
2 : A repair all (included hangar, ships and drones in bay) would also be nice
3 : We still encounter issues on dragging items from a window to another. Sometimes (often) multiple dragging doesn't work. Then, an auto-sort content after the drag would be usefull.
4 : When will we be able to remotely move items from a station to another, using an NPC convoy-like service, calculated on item size/value, number of jumps and additional insurance?
5 : Please, can you implement an insurance feedback, asking the suscriber if he wants to suscribe again when it expires. This should be an eve-mail for instance, asking for a reply. Or even a feature you can activate while suscribing, like "suscribe again after expiration X times", payable in advance or when expiration comes. This is taken from the Disputed Territory dialog box when docking in conquerable stations. My question is why can't the owning corporation mark offices as no longer being publically available, thus preventing bills from being issued, thus freeing up those offices? We have held a station for at least a month now and several offices are marked "not publically available", yet miraculously those corporations have held those offices even after thier bill had expired. This needs to be looked into, thanks.

Concerning Deployables:
1) Will the deployment of outposts be limited by a systems security rating.
2) Will more than one outpost be allowed at the same moon. 2b) If so, how far apart do they have to be (thinking of setting up multiple control towers in a defensive formation for example, in order to deploy more sentry guns)
3) Will sentry guns be limited to being deployed at outposts, or can they also be deployed at gates. 3b) If so, would a corporation be required to have an outpost in that system as well.
4) How will deployables be released; purchasable from NPC market as completed modules, released as BPs, purchasable as contruction modules that need to be deployed and have minerals added to (like stations in beta); or a combination.
Concerning corporate management:
5) Will corporations be able to at some point, hopefully soon, have a corporate role, that allows a member to sell items for the corporation that sends the isk directly to the corp wallet, bypassing the members wallet.
Concerning future development in Eve:
6) It has been noted that players in the future, if they have a station in a system, will be able to affect the security rating of that system through their actions. Will the change in the security rating also effect the ore distribution of that system.
7) If a corporation builds a station in a 0.0 system, and does effect that system to change its security rating, will the system be recognised as being that corporations sovereign territory, and will the corporation be able to name that system (system name being approved by CCP of course). Also for the naming of moons and planets. 7b) If so, would corporation sovereignty be viewable on the map, if only as one colour denoting all corporations owning systems in Eve.

Shiva looks cool. The use of components gives loads of possibilities for different setups. The tactical setups are endless. I really like the idea of having secret bases / research stations if possible, would have to nerf the show all pilots in space in 0.0 though.
I just have a few questions;
1) Since the control tower supplies CPU and power, can we just anchor another control tower within the same area to provide CPU / power and thus create larger bases?
2) Thus could corps in same alliance anchor / setup deployable's next to each others control towers?, even deploy multiple control towers next to each other creating small cities as it were :)
3) From the flash demo I noticed the use of the terms deploy x component, tow x component. Once deployed / towed into place can they be repackaged and reused somewhere else?
4) How much will each of these components cost approximately, surely no more than a level 2 BS each?
5) Can we deploy these bases anywhere in space, i.e. create secret bases for others to find, or can they only be deployed around moons / planets?

Q: Will you rework how harshly you punish players that attack CONCORD possesions? I accidentially shot at a stargate earlier today, but I wanted to kill a rat that infested the gate. I had my Rupture ganked by sentry guns in 8 seconds. I didn't want to push the "Gank me NOW!" button. It isn't noob friendly.

Due to the whole Pod technology, the ships already have no crew other than you, and since CONCORD don't pod, it's non-lethal. 
Besides, the agressor already blasted someone, why should he get the soft treatment?

I'm not saying a guy shouldn't lose his ship for killing someone else's ship, but if it's just a misfire and he's got good standing with the fuzz or whatever, he just gets targetjammed and drained for a while.
Think of it this way: If Leroy Two-Teef the Brutor steals someone's Space TV to sell it for Space Drugs and has a long record of doing so, the Space Cops are gonna blow him away in a heartbeat knowing no-one will care. But if the Space Cops pull over Caldari Cal in his expensive Space Car because he rear-ended someone due to being distracted by high priced Space Call Girls writhing in his passenger seat, well, that's a minor offense and everyone knows Caldari don't get pulled over anyway.
It'd make missiles suck less.

Another good question from me.
Can we not have the "put off line" option near "reload"
I find that when your fighting and it gets laggy and you go to reload ammo too quickly after reloading a previous gun the "put offline" option is at the top of the list wher the reload normally is and on rare occasions I hit it by mistake makeing it dificult to kill things. ----------------------------------------------- What doesn't kill you makes you injured.

The ability to automaticaly set the autopilot when accepting missions.
On the market screen, be able to see all stations on the route of the autopilot.
The creation of 'wormholes' that could allow access to systems without using jump gates. The target system could be either set or random. These could link, Empire space to 0.0 or opposite ends of 0.0 together...
A skill to decrease weapon loading times, would be nice.

Yeah or a reload quick key would be nice. Perhaps you hold down 'R' and click on a turret to reload, rather than context menu. Perhaps have the options 'Reload All' and 'Reload ALL Empty' in the context menu?

- Can we have 'Corporate Insurance' for corp ownend ships so that any member can use them without having to provide indvidual insurance. Members may only use the ship once and then as soon as someone else jumps in it, that insurance becomes void.
- Can Corp Assets please be divided into divisions. As it stands at the moment, it's a nightmare trying to find anything.
- Can we also please have more Divisions. The current number is not high enough
- Given the increase in numbers of players, will you be upgrading the amount of Office space within Stations? Same question for Labs as well please.
Concering Ships:
- Can we please have ships Sheild, Armour and Hull HP's all increased proportionally to each other (so as not to unbalance anything) so that ships can last longer on PvP. I don't like the idea what 102 million ISK ship can pop in a few minutes.
- Can we please have gangs working properly once and for all. We need a Gang Warp option in our Autopilot, Gang Warping similtenously needs to be made easier and Gang Warping to a Bookmark is currently not working and needs to be fixed.
Concering Missions:
- If what I've read is true, doing missions for more than one corp substantially reduces your chances of getting an implant. Yet, by doing missions for only one Empire, your faction standing drops with two others. If this is true, it can hardly be considered fair. Agent runners will eveentually end up with a situation where they cannot enter certain Empires space and with no faction decay, this will make life very difficult for them. So can we either have it so there is no faction drop, or can we have it so working for multiple Empires Crops (as in one corp per Empire) does not impact on your chances of implant drop.
- Would it be possible to have system names on Agent's descriotions linked to waypoints, i.e. click system name A and it sets waypoint 1.

Regarding Agent UI, Is it possible to have the "I need some work" option as default option when speaking to an agent.
I currently working for an agent which also offer location service. Every time I come and talk to him I got to change what I want to say to him (which I allways forgets). This is annoying and bad UI.

My question is what ship types will be released BEFORE shiva, since shiva got a set back of nearly 4 months minimum (im assuming another christmass release) and them stating in previous csms that black op frigates would arrive AFTER shiva but that they would be the next elite frigate to be released, that would mean that the coming 4+ months we will still get nothing new :/ -------- -The only real drug problem is scoring real good drugs

Numbers seems huge and unrealistic, but remember that equip costs a lost, and making it 180-bs,150k-frig would make everyone fly friggies just to have better saldo. Why not base number on real value of each ship and it equip? Because for game engine named shield Booster is worth 500k, while it's worth 30mln for players. You would have to give set values to thousands of items. Thus, until named items marketplace will be made(post-shiva), we have to base on predefined ship values.
Advantages: -great tool to see who is winning the war. Everyone can have iron arguments now! -you can make tons of player rankings: best pirate, best BS killer, etc. -see who in your alliance really fight, and who is carebearing..
