Um, hard to prove I'm objective since I assist with the running of Eve Bank (Shortened to EBANK) but I'm going to petition your copycatting of Eve Bank (EBANK for short) with your name of Bank of Eve. You offer up to 16-18%. Thats enough to make me call you scam. Remember last time anybody said that? Wylker, riethe? Both either sucked or scammed. Im sorry, but you lost all trust from me there.
Now look the at bankofeve domain. Whois shows that its registered by "domainsbyproxy", so you obviously got something to hide. Scam? I think so.

You require at least 10mill. Aim high for the scam?
You state you have 50bill capital, and that your one of the biggest banks. Theres only few banks that i remember of, and they are all much bigger than you.
The site reminded me of isk farmers. My first thought was that its a way to get isk to sell for RL money, now that ratting got nerfed with the patch(Indirectly)

1) You need far, far, far, far more information than this.
2) Your interest rate very suspect, and you never mention if it's compounded or simply based the principle amount and credited to an interest-free account.
3) You don't disclose anything important or any risks.

Mind you I'm not against competition. I love the fact that Fury and BMBE is around, gives us each distinctive flavors to cater to the wide tastes of the community. However I could wish for more competition just so Ebank's excellence, imho of course, would become even more pronounced and noticed. However this attempt: The guy might even be honest but since he's come out first with hiding details of who he is it is highly unlikely that he will get any depositors. This does make another questionable venture utilizing some website as a part of it's vehicle. Fortunately for me I use a http anonymizer proxy for questionable websites. =)

Saying the word copyright and putting a symbol next to your title does not actually copyright your materials. Believe it or not there is a process you have to go through in order to copyright a name, and CCP has already beaten you to the punch.

It really isn't about the money, its for a better experience for eve online players. I don't play that often anymore, but the times i have had killing goonswarm and bob was a lot of fun. If i can pass that fun onto other players of eve, then maybe eve will be a better place.
If you want to prove it's legit...you have quite a ways to go. I honestly hope you do prove it's legit though. It would be nice to have another Bank competitor, would give us 4 Banks.

What puzzles me is how the revenue to pay the interest is being generated if the 50 billion in the bank is sitting in your wallet.
The corp listed in the OP (Defiance Corp) is in my alliance. Just spoke to their CEO who knows nothing about it. Giving him URL now.
