Actually if the so-called 'great powers' tire themselves out it'll just lead to a fresh wave of emigration. The cycle will start again. Only Empire is enduring. 0.0 powers come and go like waves upon a shore. The mark they leave lasts about as long as well

There are some rather rude persons in this thread, I must say. Such hostility from some people.
Regardless, it remains to be seen whether our learned friend's vision of the future will come true, but it is interesting to speculate on at least.
