The 15,000 adopted workers that you refer to were released due to the diplomatic efforts of the Minmatar government, and the enlightened benevolence of our Emperor. Their repatriation has nothing to do with your attempts at war. Perhaps this time the Minmatars will remember to have some vitoc ready for their new citizens.
