Far as I know, FIX hasn't gone looking for anyone to surrender too, and while I believe one group offered to take a surrender, the offer was withdrawn before there was even discussion in FIX about it. Surrender? What for... there's no point you dumbass. Being such an avid watcher of all things FIX, Nez, you'd know I wasn't leading FIX at the end of CODA... I didn't participate on the writing of the deal with BoB. Simple choice for my corp at the time though, we go where FIX goes. We had a great group of people (all 500 of us at the time), and sticking with them was what we wanted to do. And because I know how you operate I can say with 100% confidence that even when you are inactive you still try your damndest pull the strings in FIX, I know because I had the unfortunate experience of being an active Joint Chief of Staff, whilst you were inactive (incidently FIX's most succesful era)... and you still threatened to boycott reform via IT (a founding member) if it didn't suit you. At the time of the end of the CODA war IT was the only one of the initial 4 corps remaining in the alliance, that were the cornerstone for the old QDF (mainly for political reasons). To say that you had no say or input in the matter is an outright lie. You are still the self-appointed voice of FIX are you not?... I would say that speaks volumes.

Just went and checked, I owe an apology. A thread did go up about the offer, and the results were conclusive. IT spoke up first (and loudly (thanks Wierd Beard)). 2 FIX corps voted yes, 6 corps voted no; the vote was closed at that point because the majority had spoken and the decision was final: no surrender. We know/knew we were going to lose our space, it was simply a matter of seeing if we wanted to seek terms. I don't know how hard or wide leadership looked for this possible out for FIX... doesn't matter tbh. FIX spoke, no deal. There are old soliders, and there are bold soliders. But there are very few old, bold soliders.
