What ? It is completely nonsense to hold a 110 mil tonage ship with a very small frigate forever ! All you need is a warp inhibitor module some 1 energy / sec and after activating it, wait for your gang to arrive , this is completely nonsense/insane. There should be no 1 or 0's in pvp . Let me tell you what pvp is .
Everything your enemy does should be able to be countered to some extent. With bonuses , you can counter particular things better* or without modules or with penalties, you still* should be able to counter* it with worse efficiency.
But for eve, there are so many 1 and 0's that completely disable your target to death or do nothing at all . Like if you turret disrupt and scramble a battleship with a cheap frigate, it is to be considered as you JUST KILLED IT ! Where the battleship did not have any chance at all to counter it , is this pvp ? Or anything close . Hell no .
Well, i am not going to list all the things that should be changed, but warp scrambling seriously needs to be beaten to submission and work as i will explain.
Okay, you activated a warp inhibitor or scrambler on your target ? Now you just put another 20 second to your targets WARP ALIGNING SPEED , like say . It takes roughly 15 seconds for a battleship to warp, but if a warp inhibitor is activated on the target, now it takes 35 seconds to align, that surely does what is intended as PREVENTING its escape .(yes you try to prevent it, but not completely stop it) .
Now it just works as it should , because , as in weapons . STRONGER STUFF require bigger power grid and cpu , where you can fit a KRAP! warp inhibitor to COMPLETELY STOP A BATTLESHIP* from repositioning(escaping, where battleships are not supposed to die at first contact, not like expendable bunny frigates) // So Frigate class inhibitors adds +20 secs to warp aligning of target ship. Cruiser class inhibitors adds +30 secs to warp aligning of target ship. Battleship class inhibitors adds +40 secs to warp aligning of target ship.
WhY? BECAUSE IN PVP , (( EVERYTHING SHOULD BE COUNTERED at better worse eficiency, depending on ship class, bonuses ))
Now you just have given THAT 300 mil + battleship to CHOOSE NOT TO CONTINUE BATTLING , after meeting with a tackler and a lot more of his gangmates.
OH ! SO YOUR ISK SINK PLANS RUINED ? YOU WANT PEOPLE TO LOSE STUFF QUICKLY SO THEY KEEP PLAYING THIS GAME because they need more isk to buy new ships . BUT YOU CAN STILL DO SO , by creating a new module or item , that gives you chance to escape from warp scrambling at a cost of fuel or some kind of element , just like nanite paste , but costs even more . THERE YOU HAVE YOUR ISK SINK, but you just have given a 110 million ton ship a chance to escape from 1 mil ton frigate's WRATH !!

I accept that eve is a different game and unique , BUT IT SHOULD BE BETTER THAN OTHERS , NOT WORSE !* (especialy in pvp)

You guys ever heard of RP ? (ROLE PLAYING) How am i supposed to role play, where i cant even hold my legs from shaking when i want to try low sec systems ? If its isk TAKE IT !, but leave my ship alone . And give me chance to abandon certain death situations from 1 energy / sec modules .

First that comes to mind when reading your post is Warrior II's. The only time these wouldn't work is when you're up against a 6km/sek crow or something else of the sort.
I think CCP intended that you shouldn't be able to counter everything in your very large ship, since that would create a solo game yet it's more of a teamwork kind of game.
Just as that small tackling frig can't take you down solo and needs to call in his buddies - so do you need some friends to handle smaller targets that are not the intended use of the battleship behemoth you're talking about.
So it's all balance to it. And sure, there as numerous other ways to handle tackling frigs in your BS, such as:
* ECM and general EW * Transversal velocity * Overheating/faction webber
The latter two points refer to your ability to hit the smaller target, which is usually a problem for bigger ships but as you can see, there are ways to get hits on it anyways.
So tell me what you think about this,

By this line alone, I know that you: A)are an "Empire Hugging" RP'er who talks a big game in the RP channels but has no real PvP combat experiance, and B)think that role playing is running missions for your respective faction.

Lol , do not go to the wrong way . My pvp experience cannot fit within books let alone half a page forum post. But there are people who want to play this game without losing 90% of his active daytime.

And about heavy neutralisers ? LEARN THE GAME BUD ! Interceptors cannot be stopped by energy neuts. They have not 70% or so web scrambler energy activation bonus . Ahhh .

I dont care about losing my ship , if its lost , than thats it, no big deal . But if i am going to lose it, i want it to be done in the adult way . AND FIGHT until the end .

Ok - to the OP: if you have missile skills and are in a BS with missile launchers, throw in some FoF missiles and unleash your drones. The small little frig will leave you alone. If you are worried about him calling in back up - use a neut (damn nos nerf) and then leave him be as he will not be able to hold you down if he doesn't have a cap.
Remember, if all you are doing is traveling - set your ship up for it and pray. ________________________

if this were to be done, we would have internet bumper cars.
the only thing smaller ships accel at are tackling. take this away from them and what will they be good for? killing the tackler seems like an efficient counter to me. thats what the warrior IIs are for. yet you say you dont want to leave the fate of a bs in the hands of small drones. maybe thats what ccp designed them for?
there are counters. you just dont want to use them.

Interceptors Skill Bonus: 5% reduction in Signature Radius and 5% bonus to Warp Scrambler and Warp Disruptor range per level

Which means, a lvl 5 interceptor will be able to hold its target at 24*1.25=30km warp disruption range.
Now try to Heavy Neutralize it at 26km . Nice, you are learning something . Infact, even if you could, you still would not stop the interceptor because it only takes 3.75 cap to activate warp disruptor that lasts for 5 secs . Lets say you had 0 cap at that moment, just wait 2 secs and activate the module again . In 2 secs , the battleship is not going anywhere . And warrior II's cannot catch a good ceptor.
And about warp core stabs, did you ever try to fit one in a battleship ?

And im sorry , i was not expecting undeveloped teenage comments , i was expecting up-to date solutions, not "OMg my hac Owns u" kiddy stuff. I say RP and one guy creates a whole new definition for it in his mind, how fascinating , quite an imagination we got there .

Thats a lot easier than you think, assuming you have any sort of propulsion module equipped to your ship. Get a corp mate to fly one and practice it. Um... Since the interceptor is obviously out of web range, You are free to align and get up to speed. As soon as the Scrambler cycle is broken (even for a second) You can instantly get into warp. ------------------------------------------------------------------
