I have had the game installed now for 1 day, im an EnB refugee. Basically today the patch tool says that the patch has been downloaded but not verified, and it wont let me run the game, any help would be appreciated greatly

Exactly the same problem here.
less than 12 hours in this world so far. I hope it gets better.

hmm on mine (I've just been playing 3 days :) it downloads the patch fine but when it trys to apply i get a cashside or filesize error message, I've quit waiting for help from ccp an am simply downloading the full game file the current one is 1411 and you can download from this site, I realy hope this isn't going to be a persistant thing a 463mb dowmload every few days is too much to ask

I can never get the autopatcher to work either.
Basically just go to the download link on the left of this screen and select patches. Download the current patch (get the right one though, check your version to make sure by starting eve and looking in the bottom left after the log in screen) and install it.
I do wonder why the autopatcher is so wonky though

Thank you for letting us know, it seems that a small amount of users are having problems with the autopatch right now. We are working on fixing this right now. Until we discover the problem you can download the full version again and by installing that you will be able to log back in. The current full version has the new patch included. We apoligize for this and any inconvenience this is causing you.

To update what happened, i did now download the 1411 from the link on Ebportal and am installing that instead of the fileplanet demo, im going to play anyways so the 8 days left on the trial makes no odds. I did finally get the game to work but had to try to autopatch arround 50 times (the bar would crall to 2,4,6% etc each time then crash, but when it hit 100 on the bar it patched successfully.
Also as many of he ex EnB players will be i am thoroughly amazed to see a member of staff on a thread like this at all, let alone when i get home from work after posting just before. I have to give Eve a big thumbs up on first impressions

I have the extact same problem, error "The patch has been downloaded but failed verification. Please try again.", good I even payed US19,95 to play 1 hour in the first day.
And btw, the solution isnt download everything again, because i did it, and same error. Yes, sorry to say dont work.

autopatcher worked yesterday, but today after DT that new patch wont work... need to download whole game again from slow ass server 20kt/s  .. second time during one month downloading it,, great job CCP, keep patches coming atleast 4 times a week and your servers will work more smoothly becouse players spend their time downloading game again and again... and we are paying for that...
and thats not only few plps problem.. most of plp i know from game have problems with patches..

Thank F$@k i moved in with my Gf now, im on ADSL now but up until recently i was stuck on 56k.
Spare a thought for them cos i know there are (or at least there was) alot of them.
by my reckoning its approx 33 hours to download the full build over 56k
By the time theyve got it (if they attempt it) they will be half a dozen patches behind

same problem here...
But do you for real mean that if i download the complete full game with latest patch, wont solve the problem?
im going crazy, its weekend and rainy outside and i havnt played for ages!!! :(
